I have been with AAA for awhile and have been satisfied with their service...This last time that I needed Help alot of Glitches?They want you doing everything on a App.? What has Happened to people being Personable?The Vehicle was picked up taken to their Shop and they made sure we taken care of as far as getting Home. They Contacted me and told me the problem and what it would take to Fix the Issue...Following day picked up my vehicle and the only thing that got up under my skin was My Adjs. for seat mirror radio was altered? You we Fixing a vehicle Not going on a Road Trip! All I can Say.. other than that and the Mgr.Not doing a Follow Up ? I was Satisfied with My Service..But also B Ready to pay $$$ Great work just a bit Pricey...Again Guess You get what U Pay For

On July 24th I do want to advise my tow process was great but once arriving to Triple A in Goodyear things went downhill. Denis was my point of contact for my vehicle where he mentioned I would have and eta by tomorrow.. I get my eta that next day where my car will be ready the next day early morning… I call fairly early to get an eta where he mentions it will be ready around 11am…. 10 mins pass by and I get a callback they have found another issue with my car and do not have an eta. At this point, they have not worked on the main concern of my vehicle and mentioned further work is needed. It has been a stressful process with triple A and will definitely advise others to not visit this location. I have made a decision to tow(with our own money) my car to a different shop. I’d also like to add that Denis seemed to not care.I would not recommend this location.

We went today to try to book an international vacation and it was a horrible experience! I found better flights than she quoted us!!! We’ve been AAA members for over 20 years and we’re going to cancel! Since moving here from CA we were told a few months ago that a new battery couldn’t be put in our car because we were too far from the 303 freeway here in Buckeye! Never had that problem before. Will be going with our car insurance for roadside assistance coverage. Very disappointed with your service here.

Car broke. The fuel pump replaced about a month ago let me down. AAA towed and repaired my car over the 4th holiday. Not inexpensive but very professional. I would recommend their service.

Do not let other people put batteries in your car from AAA there warranty is not good for you if your not a member they will still try to charge you when they show up to replace it. And lie to you over the phone about there policies even while I’m reading there terms and conditions, they told me oh well yeah that’s true but it’s our policy, totally disregarding there warranty this is what it actually is and the supervisor Eric that I spoke with on the phone about this was quick to shut me down spoke over me. And there ended the phone call, with oh have a nice day, after begin rude. I have a AAA battery in my car and after 9 months it’s no good, always go to auto store for your batteries don’t trust people putting these batteries in your car! AAA will not resolve anything wrong doings they’ve created! AAA battery is bad you should replace it no questions or charges!

STAY AWAY FROM THE MECHANIC SHOP!!! Just used the mechanic shop at this location to have a knock sensor replaced on my 2020 Kia Telluride. I was quoted $960.00 from sands kia for the work and decided to shop for a lower price. Spoke with Andy at the shop, who gave me a quote of $430.00. I agreed to the price and scheduled an appointment. The next day, Andy called back and advised that he had to raise the quoted price to $530.00 because the price of the part was more than he thought.I dropped my vehicle off the night before the appointment by using the key night drop box. The job was quoted to take 2 hours. I did not hear from the dealership for the entire day. I called near closing time, and no one answered the phone.I called the next morning and left a message which the shop returned a few hours later. Andy advised that he had to raise the price an additional $160.00 because an electrical diagnosis needed to be performed, bringing the total to $790.00. I advised that i could not afford this price and that i didn't want to pay the additional fee for an unneeded service. Andy said he would lower the price on the diagnosis but insisted it was needed. The price was brought down to $566.00, which i was not happy with, but agreed to.A few hours later, i called again to get an update on my vehicle. I was advised that during the service, a mechanic damaged the o-rings in my fuel injection system, and that additional parts would need to be ordered and that my vehicle would need to remain at the shop as it was now not driveable.I called back a few minutes later and asked if there was a loaner vehicle that i could utilize while the work was being performed on my vehicle. The original job was supposed to take 2 hours, and we were now at 3 days in the shop.At this point, Andy said, "If you were honest with me about the repair work that needed to be done, i would have given you a better quote." I advised Andy that i was, in fact, honest with Andy and that I told him exactly what the Kia dealership had told me. Andy called me a liar and said that they would get the vehicle done whenever they got the replacement o rings. Andy said they dont give loaner cars and that i would have to wait 3 additional days before i could talk with Matt, the manager, who was on vacation, about a rental car that i would have to pay for out of my pocket. I told Andy that I was done talking with him and that he was out of line calling me a liar. I demanded to speak with a manager, and Andy refused to let me speak with one.I called back on the main AAA line for the goodyear branch and got a contact number for Christian, the district manager. I advised Christian of the situation, and he apologized for the poor experience. Christian said that they did not do loaner cars but that they did have discounted rental cars available to customers in similar situations to myself. I ended up not utilizing the rental car as the parts for my vehicle magically appeared the next day, and i was advised my vehicle was ready for pickup.Upon pickup, i paid the $566.00 for the work and received paperwork covering the work the shop did. The paperwork did not show that anything was done with the o rings or my fuel injection system.It should also be known that while picking up my vehicle, another customer who was absolutely angry arrived and demanded to file a complaint against the shop staff. I didn't stick around to see how that went, but you can see the pattern here.It should also be noted that the employee i talked with on the phone during this whole process referred to himself as Andy, but he does not show anywhere on the documentation provided to me by the shop.This shop is shady and has disrespectful and unprofessional employees and management.I included a picture of the knock sensor and wire that needed replacement, as well as the paperwork i received post payment.Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I pay my bill for more than a year and never used there services. Randomly needed 1 quart of oil to fill my truck before I acquire damage and and was told by Mr. Dennis to go next door and buy some oil…. Good to know where my money goes…..
