Was not informed when last credit card payment didn't go through, so they shut off service when I was traveling. No phone call or e-mail, only thank you from 3rd party Xpress BillPay for using their service.

I want to ask sorry if I sound crazy but is the water drinkable? If not should I plan future things cuz I've been. Drinking it ? pls respond asap thank you
