Called Hank in October to fix the slide on our 5th wheel. He took the part that makes our slide go in and out and $1900, now we can’t get ahold of him. Our 2021 Rv is now useless. He is a criminal!!

Does not want it seem to answer his phone calls. He went out of business so I wouldn't trust the man. He does not stay true to his word. I'm looks like I may have to get ahold of legal in order to get my vehicle back. I have tried several times to get ahold of this man. He will not answer his phone calls. Or call you back if you get this message. Hank, I suggest you give me back my motor home. Or I WI ll contact the lawyer and I WI ll come after you for all costs of that vehi cle.

Hanks RV, always did a wonderful job with repairs on our RV. Staff was personable and friendly and was happy to work around my sleep schedule( I work nights).

Hank is mobile service only now and he came out to address several issues I had with my trav trailer and living quarters horse trailer. I thought I had several major replacements and repairs. Things like the charge controller, ac, furance, water heater just for starters. Instead he found all the problems and fixed everything. No new parts or replacements. He saved me $$$. He was knowledgeable and glad to help, giving me RV 101. I was going to get rid of it, now bc of Hanks good service I can move back in saving me $$$ while I work on another project without worry.
Hank will be my go to RV man from now on. Thank you Hank.

Way over priced. Does not do work in a timely manner. Refused to provide owners manual for charge controler for solar package.
