I live in a rural area 2 miles away from Stockton Hill on a dirt road. I had a package 1/4th mile from my house left under a rock. I've had them put packages 2.5 miles away from my house in my USPS partial box. They stuck a heavy oversized box in it and broke it which left boxes on the ground next to Stockton Hill (2.5 miles from my house) and one box was missing . I've filed a complaint and claim I got a call from the office stating they have a note from the owner it was OK to use the USPS box. That's funny, because I'm the owner and I never said that. They didn't pay for the repair or my missing package. I've had them hold onto packages a week or two in Golden Valley before they deliver. Ive had them say the package was undeliverable because buisness was closed on the tracking. I was waiting all day at home. It isn't a buisness and we were not closed. I recently had a driver call me asking where I live because he couldn't find the address. Next day I found my package when I was driving into town 1/4 mile from my house with a rock on it to weigh it down. This last situation is a Starlink package that has sat in their Golden Valley warehouse for a week and no attempt of delivering. Then on the 12th, it was posted as delivered at 12:00. I was home all day. No delivery. I checked our cameras and no one entered the property
Should I form a search party and look for it under rocks? I'm so sick of this place. I wish I could ask Starlink and Amazon to not ever use FedEx for my shipments but it isn’t possible. I'm supposed to just let them lie, steal and treat me like garbage. It's disgusting. This FedEx office has destroyed property and lost numerous items costing me thousands. I'm looking at possible legal action.

Having issues getting my suingture package. Took a day off work for it not to be delivered. I got one out of two packages. Driver left with out ringing knowing I was waiting for it .I called out to FedEx 3 times now. No one can get a hold of this location. Hung up on one 45 minutes later waiting to talk to a supervisor.
