I called this number as it is a local bank here, to see if they could do money orders. Instead of reaching an actual person, I got redirected to the corporate number, and after an endless loop of automated prompts, the robot voice literally said "im sorry, we have too many calls and can't help you, goodbye" ...
Wow. Im not a wells fargo customer, just somebody who lives down the street who wanted a money order, but after that ridiculous experience, I would NEVER consider becoming one. Why anybody would trust these people with their money is beyond me

This is not really a bank. This is a self-service ATM station where you can deposit and withdraw money. they do have a nice lady that's helping you through the process that can get a little bit more complicated than your normal ATM.Why do businesses especially gigantic businesses like Wells Fargo, Feel that it's OK to let go of customer service. Let go of jobs and make everything automatic. I think I'll go to another bank.

Is basically just a box of ATMS. If you need ANY sort of teller service, just don't waste your time.. go to a real Wells Fargo Bank instead of this one. If you only need to make simple withdrawals/deposits, you will be fine using this bank. The person inside was polite at least

Not a real bank location. 5 humans in there all telling me I have to go through the machine. Very poor service. Smells like a nursing home. Change your ways or deal with bad customer experiences forever

Went in to do a wire transfer. Lisa, a personal banker, helped me. She is always so friendly. She helped me with all my needs, and was super fast. I love seeing her friendly, smiling face. The entire staff here is really great. I'm always treated well.

Lisa Wall was a phenomenal banker. We came in on a Friday at 4pm with several requests, and she handled them smoothly and with excellent customer service. On top of that, she had a calming presence and a great sense of humor. We would definitely return to this location. Thank you!

The real problem is wells fargo the parent company. Their latest heist - opening credit accounts on people without their knowledge, UNBELIEVABLE! Then they apologize publically and say they will change? This is just the most recent item they have been caught at. It has been going on for years! Mortgage discrimination, transaction stacking, lawsuits, class action suits, etc.. Get the picture? And this location all 3 reviews BAD! Poor customer service , no follow through and condescending rude unprofessional behavior indicative of all locations, why? It comes from the top down, Welcome to Wells Fargo!
