Drove to this location from Globe to see if I have a kidney infection. As soon as I walked in the door, girl at desk asked how can she help me. I stated needed to be seen and she said " it will need to be after 1 because my provider is going to lunch.". Very cold and no compassion. So why be open if no one is available. Maybe change website to state, between 1150 and 1 no one works there.

Dr.Chris is great.. the office staff and scheduling are both horrible. Overbooking apts defeating the purpose of making an apt.. threatening to charge you $50 for showing up late to an apt but makes you wait an hour after your apt to be seen most of the time. Scheduling multiple doctors so you might not even be seeing YOUR doctor when you come in. Sending lab orders to multiple wrong places before finally getting things correct which is frustrating to visit the same specialist several times in a week only because your pcp office staff can't manage to send orders correctly the first time. Don't waste your time visiting either location until office staff is replaced with capable humans who actually take some pride in working and doing a decent job. I would even be willing to guarantee most of the positive reviews are paid for through google services.. this is a thing that companies do to make themselves look better than they really are.

I have had to make several visits here the last 5 months because of health issues. This office is amazing. The wait time can very because it is also a urgent care but the staff is super friendly and very helpful.Dr. Noriega is amazing he is super friendly and actually listens to you and is awesome at figuring out the best care for your situation. I highly recommend this place.

My PCP was too booked to treat me. Stripes got me right in to see Dr. Chris. Very thorough and pleasant Dr.I followed up with Kristi the following week with no problem. The receptionist and medical assistant are very accommodating and super nice. If I should need to change my PCP, I know where I'll go. My son has been going there for a few years. Thanks stripes for getting me in during the busiest time of year.

Took my 3 year old for strep throat. The whole staff was amazing! From check in, medical assistant, physician, and check out. They were all so nice and helpful! Physician was outstanding with my toddler and made him feel comfortable. Great service and fast! Highly recommend them!

Had a great experience at the Gold CanyonStripes Primary Care from the time I checked at the desk and from the time I left, and did not have to wait to long to be seen. I have waited at other Dr's offices way longer and felt that after I got in the room I was being hurried out the door. I love that the Dr's at Stripes Primary take there time with you and answer all your concernsChecking out was a great experience as when I first checked in

Friendly, Courteous, Helpful, Caring, the list goes on and on! I went in with a major earache (turned out being an ear infection), and the entire staff was helpful and compassionate. This was a pleasant surprise given I was in distress. The doctor went as far as to look up prescription options for me on Good RX.Thank you all for your help!

The Nurse Practioners and Doctor I've seen have been good, no issues. BUT their front office/ reception staff are horrible. The receptionist does not answer the phone EVER, check or answer the voicemail system or simply does not call clients back! They have a chat line, well nobody services that either!4 months have past and still getting invoices from this horrid business. Its like they have no idea how to run a business or they're just making things up as they go. I asked for a statement of account and the guy didn't know what it was. Be aware of this place

Very unprofessional staff is working there. I had to come back, the doctor made a mistake, she hasn’t filled in all necessary information for my immigration documents. First she said the documents would be ready in 45 minutes, after waiting for about 2 hours she came out to me saying, could you come in the afternoon to a different office… I was like are you kidding me. I would never recommend anyone to deal with this office.

Went to Urgent Care today. Got an appointment within a couple of hours. Didn't wait long to be seen. Staff was friendly, professional & courteous. I signed up to have this group be my Primary Physicians since I'm new to the area.

Kristin, my NP, was fantastic. I was seen at urgent care and she was prompt, courteous, and provided exceptional assistance. I would definitely refer people to the clinic.

We went because they are also an Urgent Care. It wasn't busy and we felt we got good care. The nurse was very attentive and the Doctor had a great bedside manner.

I came in with a dog bite and was very pleased with the service I received. The wait time was short, and the nurse practitioner I saw was very caring. The wound healed very quickly with no complications. I would go there again.

Not able to get thru on phone to make an appointment and refill meds. Not happy. After 3 days of calling and leaving messages Had to drive over there to talk to front desk.Haven't been seen in 5 months and sure is different now. All new faces.I tried calling while I was sitting in office just to see what happens. The girl had no clue anyone was trying to get thru.They fit me in. Nurse great new Dr I saw great though I missed Kit.But if we can't get thru to our caregivers going to have to find a new office.
