Everyone was helpful and responsive but mostly want to acknowledge JoEllen for her pre-closing assistance in identifying a possible problem (legal description) that we were able to correct in advance and avoid delays! Friendly, personable and helpful..truthfully, a pleasure to deal with in a situation where that’s not normally expected!All good!

I had to call multiple times for a closing time to sign papers via a mobile notary. The notary person informed me that I would receive electronic copies of all documents via email the following business day. Mobile notary was prompt and very helpful and friendly. One week later, after signing all documents, my realtor had to track down all electronic copies,Including the estimated and final closing statement. Disappointing and frustrating on a what I believe is a large transaction. Unprofessional to say the least.

I'm hoping for a quick resolution but there was a mistake in transferring the title to a property we bought in November. Apparently the name listed in the assessors office is different from the name on the sales documents. Someone didn't do their job for the title search.
