Very rude staff, was angry I wanted longer nails so they rushed it through and did a crappy job. They also charged $130 just for the set! Not to mention made an appointment but still had to wait almost an hour to get started. They also don’t clean up in between clients (GROSS). They even held my hands up to show to other staff members and was laughing at my nails while speaking clearly another language. Very unprofessional staff members that can’t do their job right. It should NOT take 3 hours and 2 staff members to do a basic French nail set. Especially when the other person was just giving a pedicure to a stranger then straight to work on my hands without washing up their hands first. Disgusting.

If I could I would give a -5. I got a really bad infection in my great toe and had to go to a podiatrist and have part of my nail removed to remove hematoma and infection removed. Would NEVER recommend this business to my friends or worst enemy!!

They do a great job on manicures pedicures and waxing, fair prices. Same as Seattle area. My only issue in 6 years is wait times can be long.

I brought my daughter in law today and she had an amazing pressure point massage that lasted longer than my whole pedicure...ridiculous! And my pedicure was $10 more for the gel....Ridiculous!!

I go to Canyon Nails occasionally. Service is kind of hit or miss. In the summer when they have more time, you are able to get in fairly quickly. It doesn't matter or not in any season, you can have an appointment and still wait 1/2 hour or more. They tell everyone who asks to get in, "yes, can you wait 15 minutes?" Next you get in quickly and are having your feet or nails soaking for 1/2 hour while they are working with others. The guy I had doing my pedicure (1 1/2 hour) worked on others in between my pedicure. He did not come back to let him know I wanted to look at colors of polish. With my nail fill, I he did not clean underneath my nails, and they look dirty. When I left, I had polish on my fingernails and toenails that were blobbed on, and I had to remove. It left gouges on the finish. When I was leaving the shop, a lady with a dog came and asked me if I had my nails done there and if they did a good job. I told her "No" they did a poor job and she said that she knows that she won't go there then. I said neither will I any more.

I was charged $32 for removing my old nail polish, was given a “manicure” when I didn’t ask for it. Was left with hangnails. Customer service was alright. Prices were insane.Didn’t even clean under my nails, or file them evenly. I will NOT be returning.Be prepared to be charged a “ convenience fee” if you use a card.
