They never answer the phone during open hours. When you go in and no one is in line they acknowledge you’re there but take forever to even help you. Pretty unprofessional

been going here for 10 years, the pharmacists used to be so nice and considerate but today i called them having questions regarding my prescription and was met with a heavy sigh, so sorry to be such a burden but... i think answering questions regarding if they have a medicine, is their job. was told to call the actual pharmacist in which they quickly hung up. Will no longer be going to this location, would rather be going somewhere where people are a little more kind.

I love the curbside pick up, available for no charge through the Bashes APP. The order is literally coming out to you as you pull up. They do a great job shopping and substituting when necessary. The orders are ready fast and the people are very kind. O

This store is grossly over priced and always short staffed. You're usually forced to use the self-checkout and if you need any assistance you'll wait FOREVER to get help! They are the only grocery store in Gold Canyon and they take full advantage of it!

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is NOT about political activism. DEI does not give employees the license to force their political statements on your customers day in and day out constantly reminding us of their sexual choices and gender confusion. It's about hiring people of all cultures and beliefs systems along with equal and fair pay. We cannot get along or be decent to each other when one side daily displays necklaces, pins, etc cultivating a hostile anti-family, anti-conservative environment. Sexuality and gender confusion displays is not appropriate dress attire in the workplace especially when they are dealing with your customers. I ask this activism be stopped. The Satanic Necklace, the binary pin, the Love is Love pin. All of it. This dress attire does not promote "Diversity" or "Inclusion" for your customers and quite frankly for your other employees.

I visited the store this past weekend. It was early and only they self service checkout stands were open. I refuse to use them as I don't want to support jobs going away from people. I mentioned that to Tuesdie, one of the employees and she was kind enough to open a register and check me out. I was very impressed with her desire to keep a customer happy. Thank you

Old fashioned looking Basha's yet clean with pleasant staff. I needed a snack after loads of walking. I decided on their homemade turkey chili. The chili was decent and I happily gobbled it up while we relaxed in their seating area. Shared parking lot and WiFi.

We moved here from Colorado, and this is the first Bashas in which I've shopped. I'm curious, are they all this bad? They never seem to have anything that I'm looking for, there isn't a decent organic produce selection, they really carry no cosmetics, and if they do have what I'm looking for, it's out of stock... the only thing I found in here that's any good at all is the bakery. And, that's just passable. Honestly, even the people who work here are gruff and unfriendly. It's unfortunate, because we really need a decent grocery store way out here.

Passing through the township of Gold Canyon & we needed to make a market run. A little nostalgic feeling as I haven't been in a Bashas since the mid-'80s. I was actually surprised to see a Sushi Station hence my review. The sole Sushi Chef kept his quaint & shared space with the Pizza station, very tidy. Oppose to pre-made rolls & such hanging out in the display, he was welcoming freshly made orders...I got Inari to hold me over. Very good fast & welcoming customer service. On another note, although it was only a couple of Vegan/Veggie products throughout the store, I applaud the progression.

this place is the worst management doesn't allow underaged employees to take a 15 minute breaks, I've seen customer line up and complain at the poor barista because they have been working 6 hours by them self and can't even get a 15 minute break which is VERY!!! illegal I'm surprised this place hasn't been sued. another thing they are not inclusive employees get in trouble for asking People to use their proper pronoun, even almost got fired for a pin with their pronouns on it, also this store is so filthy, one Of the employees told me the produce area had a rat problem not surprised with the way that rotting produce is just pushed under the displays

I would give it no stars if I could. Four days ago (8/14) I purchased a 2 lb bag of baby carrots. I buy these for my dog. Anyway I opened them today and they seemed slimey so I put them in a colander to rinse them. Some of them were so rotten that the stream of water from the faucet disintegrated them. Wow! I then checked the bag for a date. Guess what? The use by date was 8/5/22. That was 9 days before I bought them. I shop at Bashas at times because it is close to home, but from now on I will be checking the dates on everything I buy there.

Bashas here is good if you are looking for general food & it's a small Supermarket so you can get in and out quickly. The people that work their are very friendly & always will to help you which is great. I'm giving it a 4 star bc some of their items are over priced & they don't always have the sale items in stock.
