Absolutley the worst bank, no service, hiding behind stupid policies that are not customer friendly, happy to be closing my account

I recently visited the Wells Fargo branch with my husband and our two small children. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and the lack of empathy surprised us.
When my husband asked to speak with a banker, they hesitated, saying a banker was not available. It was 2:30 pm and they close at 5pm. Where is the banker? We were left waiting with our kids, feeling frustrated and unheard. They told us to wait 20 minutes and see. Where is the humanity in such a situation?
I hope Wells Fargo takes steps to improve their customer service and prioritize the needs of families. As customers, we deserve better treatment. I am allowing you to hold my money and I should be treated with respect.

This bank is unsatisfactory as they seem to seek out issues yet provide no solutions or assistance.

They should just close this location and turn it into a Starbucks. Not even the ATM can provide great customer service inside. It spits out money but won't take it back to deposit in my Wells Fargo account, very upsetting when it doesn't accept a note or two after it came out of its own !!! Had to drive a few miles to the next ATM to deposit!!! Grrrrrr! Avoid this location unless you have plenty of time to kill. I'm sure the response I'll get is from a bot with the usual CSR. Into one ear and out the other.

Remember their ads of "having your trust., until we didn't ?" Trust involves not only keeping one's word, but also how you treat customers. Part of having our banking and trusting them with our savings, even something as simple as a notary is not provided. When I checked with another branch I was given a ridiculous story that they do not notarize POA! The staff not only at this branch , but others are neither helpful or considerate of my time and money. I was told to go to the UPS store to have the service there. I'm seriously looking at other options other than an archaic system to deal with my accounts.

I like this bank and this location. It's easy to find a parking spot right in front of the door. It's also easy to leave the parking lot and get back on 59th Avenue, because there's a few ways to leave. There's a left turn light if you need to cross traffic and head south, and another exit if you are turning right and heading north.

The drive thru is never open. I hate the inconvenience of dragging my children out of the car for a quick, simple thing. I have noticed this at several Wells Fargo’s the past year and I’m about to go to Chase.

By far the worst bank I've ever experienced. I lost my job in Sept 2020 and my checking acct was overdrafted. The first thing I paid after getting my new job was Wells Fargo. I've been to 4 branches over the past 4 weeks attempting to open a checking account. When I paid Wells Fargo a month ago I was told to wait 3 days and their system would be updated to reflect my bill being paid. I've set multiple appointments just to open a checking account and still have no account. That equals four times I've taken off work and driven to whatever location could get me an appointment to open this checking account. My time means nothing to them. My time off work means nothing to them. My 20 years with them means nothing to them. They now tell me it can take up to 60 days for that bill to show is paid before I can open a checking account. Meanwhile my payroll check gets to me the day after everybody else gets paid because mine is mailed to me because it's a paper check and it's written off Wells Fargo so I cash it there and they charge me $7.50 every 2 weeks. You can't just walk into a branch anymore and open a checking account you have to have an appointment. They keep telling me just to do it online but you have to have the ability to put money into that new account while you're opening it online and without a bank card I don't have that ability. I'm so disgusted with this Bank. I was in the mortgage industry for 18 years and we paid off collections all the time we did not require the credit reporting agencies to have their reports updated in order for us to acknowledge the collections were paid. Wells Fargo is very much aware that I paid the bill because I paid it directly to them. There's no common sense left in this business anymore. Their solution to me is to just keep coming in and taking time off work and trying to open a checking account with them, absolutely ridiculous!

Unhelpful branch associates. I received and insurance check, and they told me I had to make an appointment in order to deposit. After finally being able to make an appointment, I was told they don't deal with this often and I actually need to call a number and it would take several days to process it. Why not help the customer the first time I visited rather than wasting my time. My wife then tried withdrawing money from account in order supplement me not to be able to deposit the check and was questioned and almost was refused the withdrawal. Bad customer service and inept employees.

Worst bank I've ever banked with. Got scammed by some person claiming to be selling Maine Coon kittens. I sent a deposit and then drove close to 3 hours to pick up the cat, come to find out it was a scam. I called to dispute the $300 deposit that was sent to the now known scammer through zelle on my bank app, and Wells Fargo won't give me my money back/dispute the charge. I won't bank with these people ever again. And you shouldn't either. Extremely disappointed.
