This is the worse branch ever. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my home, and every time I come the lines are long. Today I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and the line DID NOT move at all. I went inside and the line was even longer inside. Since you close at 5 pm I have to get off work early just to use your branch. Not worth my time anymore.
Spend some money and get some workers to work the lines. You have 3 drive through line and only one is open.
I will not be using this branch for any service anymore. “0” stars for you!

This branch is trash. Actively turned away from opening an account because the banker felt it would "take too long" I'll go anywhere else

I'm so disgusted with this branch. Brittany López . She was very rude and very unprofessional. My business account was frozen without any notice to me. Manager lopez offered no resolution but was rather very rude. (Long story)
I went to wells fargo in Sun City were I was treated with respect.
I will be following a further complaint with BBB on the 91st ave and Glendale branch.
If you need a business account, I DO NOT recommend.

I've been to multiple Wells Fargo Branches hoping for a better experience. But, this Branch was no different. Long lines and lots of customes having to wait extended times because only 2 tellers. Also tried to get extra payment slips and was told I have to call customer service. Do better Wells Fargo

This place is a joke. Went there to open a new account the gentleman sitting in the first right chair said you might need to make an appointment and went and sat in his chair. He sat there for 17 minutes waiting on his appointment people to come he could have helped me working those 17 minutes and be done. After 17 minutes playing with his computer he told me his appointment showed up and it would be 1-2 hour wait

Customer service gave me wrong information. When I got to the bank the line was long and the bank manager didn't open a line and was extremely rude. It was a waste of time. This is why I don't bank with them. Was just trying to cash a check my brother sent me

Once again another Wells Fargo ATM does not take deposits because that is out of service. It was 458 so I drove around the building into the drive-through. All I had was digital wallet so the lady couldn’t take my deposit through the drive-through. With one minute left I drove around the building and tried to go inside to deposit inside the bank and the lady turn the lock as I reached for the door. Then unlock the door open a little bit and said once the doors locked she can’t unlock it nobody can come in. When she clearly could see us coming up to the door when she originally locked it. It’s not my fault that their ATM never does that for function. Yeah I have to be the one who figures out a way to get into another ATM that will work when they could’ve taken care of me right here. So I will walk the 7 miles to the next Wells Fargo ATM. Thank you to the ladies that in such a hurry to leave work that they couldn’t help me. If you hate it there so much make a change. You only live once.

My husband has had an account for about 20 years. Today we went to the drive thru to deposit a check for 2000 and wanted to withdraw a portion.. He was told nothing could be withdrawn as the check is from BMO in Canada. He has previously deposited about 20 of these checks, the majority were significantly higher than only $2,000. He has never had a problem receiving cash back. Upon questioning the teller and requesting to speak with a manager we were then told he could withdraw $400.00, then she changed her mind and stated it would take about 30 days to clear due to a new policy!What a crock, well I have a new policy too and it is to close our accounts there and to discourage anyone fromopening an account. I'd suggest Midfirst Bank.

I came to some stuff to the drive threw because it was said it was supposed to be open in columbus day according to google maps. Waited 30 minutes and even the google maps said it supposed to be open at 9 am but no one was there. GET YOUR OPEN HOURS TOGETHER. we have jobs too.
