very, very, VERY rude staff. my daughters were looking at canes for my dad who is in desperate need of one, (i told them to look while i was looking at something else) they did not mess around with them or play with them. they simply picked one up touched the handle then put the cane back in its spot when all of a sudden a worker yells HEY. it was two young ladies who were wearing a t shirt the said Walgreen’s on it. my daughters looked at them as the workers were watching them, they made my kids feel very uncomfortable and created a frightening environment for
my kids. keep in mind NOT ONCE did the workers asked if we needed any help finding something at all. once the young lady saw that i was walking with them she immediately left her place and went to the back. while i was paying, the young lady came back and my daughter looked at her for a second and the woman gave her a VERY nasty look. ALL IN FRONT OF MY FACE. please focus on your customer service and do not yell at children if they do absolutely nothing wrong. if you don’t like your job, stay home or keep thing professional in your workplace.

Here's the thing, this Walgreens always has my meds or can get the meds I need within 24 business hours, the downside is now the pharmacy closes for lunch, they close by 6pm, and are completely closed on Sundays. I was a long time CVS customer, they have longer hours and are open seven days week. The issue is that CVS says there is a "national shortage" on multiple medications I take and haven't been able to get them for more than two years, where as this Walgreens has them in stock regularly. I have had to spends hours on the phone to get a partial steroid fill from CVS, they would rather not give any meds than a partial fill. Walgreens will get you what they have available to make sure get your treatment. So, for me, I would rather have limited pharmacy hours and get the medications I need than have a pharmacy open but not able to get my meds. I have never had bad service at this pharmacy, always very helpful.

People rely on posted hours when sending prescriptions. Why is the pharmacy not taking calls during “open” hours? Doctor sent two scripts yesterday that were never acknowledged. Why even have a pharmacy at this location if you’re going to be closed when people need medicine!?

Who knew that Phyllis at the local pharmacy would be the reason I stop here every morning for my Sugar Free Redbull? She's sweet, always smiling and makes this better than a Dutch Bros stop. Thanks Phyllis.

My doctor called in a prescription on 11-2-23. I went to get it last night at 7:10 PM. It was not ready. It appeared to me that the staff seemed more interested in getting out right at 8 PM. To be fair the pharmacist offered to fill it right away, but it would take 20-25 minutes to do. I couldn't wait because I had to pick up my daughter at the school. I went back this morning to be told that it wasn't scheduled to be ready until 11-4-23. This store was a lot better at filling prescriptions in a timely manner. This is not the first time this has happened in the last year. I'm starting to see why a lot of my neighbors have moved their prescriptions to Frys or Walmart. I have an issue that is not cancerous at this time, but if untreated, it could turn into cancer. I was suppose to start the meds as soon as possible.

This review is more towards the pharmacy. I don't know what happened but whatever it was, I thank you. Maybe 6 months ago or more this place was hard to come to. Slow, frustrated employees, and almost never open. Over the past six months I have come here multiple times and have been extremely happy with their customer service. Everyone I have talked to, during my multiple visits, has been happy and eager to help. They are quick to support and I have never waited more than five minutes. Highly recommend this location now. Whatever they are doing it is awesome.

Watch out for pharmacy temporary hours that aren't even reflected on their temporary sign, and front end cashiers that pretend they're pharmacists.

I have been shopping at this Walgreens's location for over 10 yrs. never had any problems. Until today I went to pick up my RX. My Dr called in last week. I was told it would be awhile because they returned it. Because I didn't pick it up. Ever time I went in last week between the hours of 9-5 the pharmacy was closed. When they said they would be open. They knew the pharmacy was closed last week many people couldn't pick up their RX if it is closed. Taking my business elsewhere. Ordering my RX online. They lost a customer who spends $Thousands of Dollars a year.

Constantly understaffed. I don't think I've ever been on hold for under 30 mins. They never have all your prescriptions ready. Never have I been to a pharmacy where they don't even answer the phone.
