This Walgreens is listed as a capital one affiliate when they are not. They will not accept cash for capital one accounts. Please correct for others and future business.

This Walgreens sells 3rd party gift cards that have already been used and or have been used fraudulently and will not help remedy this problem. Do not buy gift cards from Walgreens! Awful customer service!

This store located near my home at 5011 W. Union Hills, Glendale, Arizona 85308 has an illegal cemetery plot on it's property. It's meant to be an additional road distraction by it's existence, and it's at the intersection of a busy High School Illegal, and dangerous. When did this store (Craig manger) start offering cemetery sites with perpetual care? This has been growing for almost 3 years. This is absolutely illegal. Craig is ignoring it. Is he on "The Take"?

I placed an order online for a canvas to be made. I needed it asap. I called in and spoke with Ashleigh in photo. She was delightful to speak with and so super helpful. She got the canvas done in 15 mins. I really appreciated her positive and helpful attitude. Also when I was in the store waiting, the other staff was very attentive and observant to myself and others. By far the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you again Ashleigh. I hope your manager sees this :)

Yesterday I was in the area and had to do a quick stop to pick up a few things. I usually avoid Walgreens to be honest because service is lacking and prices at times aren’t worth what they’re selling. Today was a totally different experience. The store was well organized and clean. Multiple employees greeted us and the cashier was wonderful. She held a nice but quick conversation with not only me, but engaged with my son as well. It’s hard to find service like this with young employees these days. I wish I’d of gotten her name to give her more recognition.

The pharmacy has super strange hours with the lunch hours at like 2pm. They are sometimes open when they should be and sometimes not.

Walgreen would not honor their online price for the ear syringe. They told me that I had to order for pick up. Walgreen made jump through a lot of hoops to get the low online price.

On 2/23/22 at 3:20 PM, I called to ask about the passport photo services. The guy who answered was so mean!!!How can someone be so mean when the other person is just asking about the services they provide?

I was forced to leave Fry's pharmacy because of problems with Cigna Medicare D (everyone with this plan, just not me). This Walgreens pharmacy had the highest rating, so I came here. I'm so very glad I did. Broc was very helpful in transferring my prescriptions and, also, when I picked them up. I like this change already.

Never been to a pharmacy where they didn’t want to help lower costs by looking up discounts through good rx, until today. Good service doesn’t exist here.
