I had done a review previously on how awefyl the service was at the pharmacy. Months later its now biting me in the butt once again. I now found out that the dosage of the injection they told me to give my mom on her medicine was NOT correct. She has not been getting the full dosage and its been a few months. No wonder why she hasnt gotten releif from her arthritis medication. They told me to measue it out in the syringe at the wrong line. These people are even more incompetent than I originally thought. DO NOT GET MEDS HERE!!

The pharmacy department really needs customer service classes. I feel staff is rude & condescending. It is always challenging when getting prescriptions filled. Seriously the young pharmacist working Sat. Jan. 6th 2024 at 9:00 am. I felt she was rude and judging. I can not believe Walgreen’s would want an employee like her projecting her opinions & judgements on me the customer. I felt so sad when I left after picking up my medication.Seriously I will never use this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy is busy. That's okay,, just gotta have patience. This pharmacist was the first person in 6 months to call my Dr after monthly mistakes in writing my scripts. Every single time it would take weeks for the Drs nurse to get it right. I had done what I could and was ready to switch Drs offices. That would have sucked. It's hard to find someone who treats my disease. Tonight the pharm called my Dr after hours when she saw that once again the office screwed up my very important medications. She took action and fixed it!!! I'm beyond thankful. This is a rare act these days. Medical care is straight in the shitter so having someone advocate for me was a nice change. Getting lifesaving meds has become challenging. This is a great failure in our country. There is no excuse for how or why it has become such a shit show!

Literally the worst pharmacy in the valley. I had to switch my pain killers to this pharmacy as I was having trouble getting the right dosage from cvs. They never fill my prescription even though they recieved my prescriptions weeks in advance then they give me this song and dance about using different pharmacies. I spoke at length with the pharmacist about this issue and did everything that was asked of me to remedy this issue and boom exact same thing happens when my script should have been filled and when I ask then to put a rush on it I'm told they have 96 orders ahead of mine. Guess what not my fault you don't do your jobs! Reporting to consumer affairs and BBB

ALWAYS a problem with getting prescriptions. It is insanely frustrating to have to come back and back and have to argue to get my prescriptions EVERY SINGLE TIME. The staff is nice, but clueless to how their systems work and the “pharmacists is never available. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else.

I used this pharmacy a few times with no issues...however a few weekends ago I went to pick up my script as usual. It's pretty pricey especially since I need it monthly. Previously I've used a manufacturer coupon at a previous Walgreens and had no issues they even saved it on file for me and everything. I've used said coupon at this location a couple of times with no problems. Well on this particular weekend it's a completely different staff and the lady that waited on me seemed to have an issue with me right off the bat for who knows why. She tells me my script cost and I said oh that can't be right there should be a coupon on file meanwhile she just keeps giving me this smug grin and tells me it's not working. I didn't want to keep holding up the carline so I said I'll go inside to handle it. As I hobbled in she sees me and whispered something to her male coworker and looked at me obviously wanting me to know she's talking about me? it was weird. It just seemed like this person had it out for me for some strange reason. This guy had no personality, obviously didn't want to be there and pushed me off to the pharmacist on duty. I'm standing there for a good while and I hear the phone ringing and the pharmacist is answering the calls in the back, no one is talking to me or seemed to be trying to help me. So, I spoke up and asked what's going on, then I hear the pharmacist say she's working on it while waiting on other people. I get frustrated because I've already waited in the carline, now I'm being told they're trying to help but waiting on other people behind me as well as on the phone. According to the pharmacist she wasn't able to get their system to work with my script/coupon. I wasn't about to pay full price when I can get it for more than half off. So I left empty handed. I ended up switching pharmacies so I wouldn't have to put up with their rude and ignorant staff. I went to pickup my prescription at the other location to find out they deleted my manufacturer coupon that I had on file. So no wonder they couldn't get it to work and just lied to my face and didn't want me to get my meds at a discounted rate for some strange reason??? I Do not recommend this location or the staff that waited on me. Just disappointed because the usual staff that had waited on me in the past wasn't rude or incompetent.

I don't recommend vaccines at Walgreens at Hillcrest and 67th Ave. I scheduled a vaccine one week ahead. When I arrived the Pharm Tech, AJ, asked me to sit by private room which I did for a while. Then AJ came out to tell me Walgreen corporate sent all vaccines to busier stores even thought there were scheduled appointments. AJ said they had no inventory so I could come back and they would keep my paperwork. I came back two days later and AJ told me he threw out my paperwork so I would have to start over and schedule an appointment. When I asked to speak with a manager, Mike Britt said due to privacy they could not keep paperwork. Then AJ said he found my paperwork. At that point had no desire to do business at that location. If I wasn't forced to by my medical plan I would not use ANY Walgreens. I sent a complaint through the "walgreenslistens.com" more than a week ago. Apparently, they DO NOT listen because I have heard NOTHING from them. BOOOOO Walgreens!!

Do not drop off your FedEx packages here. They do not know what they are doing, and will lie about their incompetence. Jerry, a manager, will lie to you and blame FedEx for problems that Walgreens staff created.

The intercom on the drive thru has been broken for months. And it is hard to communicate with the staff. I am gonna switch soon if this doesn't get fixed.

Pharmacy technician named Holly is extremely rude and condescending. I called to inquire about my Rx and waited 20 mins for someone to answer the phone. When I finally got through I had asked a specific question regarding the order of a brand medicine due to insurance coverage. I asked if she ordered the BRAND twice and she put me on hold then upon picking back up STILL wouldn't answer my question so I asked it again. All she said was "yeah, you said that before" instead of ANSWERING my question..Did you order brand?! She continously interrupted me to the point I said can you let me speak!? Will never fill my Rx at this Walgreens again.

Slow to process orders and given the wrong number of pills twice. Once 30 instead of 90 and 6 instead of 7.

So usually there's no problems here when I am here at least & I'm here 4 days out of the week, morning & evening sometimes because I work in the area but today I was disappointed because nothing ended up turning into something because the boomer cashier in the front with the glasses along with the male manager were trying to regulate what someone was saying on their phone on public property as he has a right to do so, he can be on his phone regardless of how bold he is being when he speaks. I told them they had NO right. They proceeded with saying it's bothering other customers (it was NOT) & that Walgreens is a private business so his rights are different (it is NOT private). They LIED. Giving Walgreens a bad name if you ask me. I told them if it's not bugging us they shouldn't complain either. What they should be doing is WORKING. Not only could the other customer sue because he is being treated badly for NO reason, he can also call cooperate & file a complaint to have them both fired. Let's face it. It was just the boomer cashier trying to act like the boss when she is NOT. She's always in a bad mood & always complains unless she has things her way then she's nice. She didn't like him so she started it. Simple as that. We all know it's because he isn't from this side of town. You can tell the cashier is not from there as well. Poor guy just was waiting in line for the ATM, he would've just got his money & left. Cashier does NOT have any patience. He would've grabbed his money & left. There's wouldn't have been an issue but she doesn't know how to leave things alone. She should retire if she can't cut in customer service. She's of age. She should, before the company forces her to since she IS indeed PROBLEMATIC. What did you except when you guys are right off the freeway & you work in PUBLIC.
