Received 6 notifications today that my prescription was ready... But they couldn't find it in their alphabetical storage system. Other customers were getting impatient. Did you fill it, or not? I offered to come back in a couple days. Then, perhaps, they can locate my prescription really unprofessional. This problem reflects badly on the whole chain. Is every Walgreens like this?

The longest waits that I have had for prescription refills anywhere in the country - including competitors - Fry’s, CVS, Cub Foods, Safeway and Costco. And - I have gone at off hours and even tried delivery. The staff are friendly, but must be extremely understaffed. Corporate - pay attention. All the reviews are awful! Maybe re-focus on customer service and the EBITDA will come.

very UNSAFE store. people stealing left and right, has been broken into countless times, leaving their front doors shattered. i am very appalled by the lack of professionalism in this store- some workers constantly smell of marijuana and i can never find anyone to assist when needing help. not to mention the pharmacy is awful.

Ive never seen a walgreens ran as terribly as this one. Absolutely dreadful. If you call the pharmacy you just sit on hold. Then periodically they grab the phone and without saying anything to you, put you back on hold to reset the process. Sometimes that ends up where they hang up on you instead of putting back on hold

If I could give negative stars, I would. What made me finally write this review was them HANGING UP ON ME after holding. What they do is you call in, they pick up the phone and instantly put you back on hold. Then if it's long enough, they will just hang up on you without even saying hi.They were supposed to call my Dr office to change a prescription, but didn't. Then they say "try back in an hour." Well, when we 'try back' they hang up on you.Not to mention RUDE and attitude with every rep I talked with.Choose a different pharmacy, please!

Read the reviews and my review sadly isnt any better than the others for this location. Last month I walked in for vaccines I that needed to keep current for working in healthcare setting and was accommodated on the spot. Today I walked in for the second booster required for the vaccine series and got turned away and they said they don’t take walk ins (there was 1 person ahead of me in line and one or two cars in the drive through pickup). What happened to customer service? If you don’t check in on their app or online don’t waste your time going in person

Has Walgeens LOOKED @ their reviews? I'm writing on behalf of the wonderful pharmacy staff who I give 4 stars and phamacy mgmt/corporate a generous 2 stars. Staff @ the drive thru are forced to hold a heavy standard phone wedged between their head & shoulder, the phone speaker resting near/on their mouth for hours because their hands free headset has been broken for weeks w/no assurance of replacement any time soon. This very busy pharmacy is chronically understaffed but they are always efficient, professional, and polite. Staff safety is certainly compromised d/t the head set issue. This is a flagrant inexcusable staff safety issue that should be rectified now! Furthermore, ANY and ALL staff who do work the drive thru station MUST have their OWN headset in keeping w/current HIPAA, infectious disease and state/County health and safety regulations to protect staff from transmission of infectious disease from a single phone handset used by multiple personnel in a single shift. I won't even begin to address short staffing and the completly fallacious thinking of complete shut down for a 30 min lunch break! A rotation of staff over a 30 to 90 min time frame for 30 min lunch break would move the 4, 5, 6, or more customers who gather during these peak hours through the system. Really disappointed your dedicated staff are unable to have equipment that is safe but more disappointed that Walgreens doesn't care to support them! For shame!

Worst Pharmacy in Arizona!!! DONT GO THERE! They think they are your Doctor and can Dictate when you take your medicine and how much. Tried to pick up my 30 day supply of meds that I filled on the 1st. Its the 29th and they said they only Release 1 day early. Now I dont know WHERE these idiots went to School, but 1 + 28 is 29 correct? Which would mean I could pick up on the 29th. They said the 30th is 29 days??? Holy Hell!!! Thats why I am transferring my meds! DONT GO THERE!!!

Whoever is answering the phones at the pharmacy on 10/19/2023 at 2:40pm is absolutely terrible. They literally pick up the phone, and hang it up. I’ve been trying to call for the last 30 minutes and they have done that seven times so far.

Lol I never thought I'd be reviewing a pharmacy but here we are. THIS IS THE WORSE PHARMACY IN THE VALLEY!! We just moved to this side of town and my doctor called in a prescription on Wednesday 09/13 to this location on Happy Valley and we tried to pick it up that night but they said it would be ready the following day at noon. I went back the next day at and they said it still wasn't ready. I called Saturday morning 09/16 and they said it would be ready in a hour and I would get a text message confirming. Sunday came around and I called the pharmacy and they told me it was my fault due to it was filled by another location and I needed to contact my doctor due to insurance said the prescription was already filled. I said to cancel it and I would take my business somewhere else. I won't be spending my money at Walgreens again.

I was on hold for an hour and got hung up on. I have now been waiting inside for 10 minutes - just trying to pick up antibiotics. I feel so bad for the one person who seems to work here, what an utter failure of management.Don’t waste your time or money here - this place is a joke.
