Today I had a very bad experience in the pharmacy of that store, I went to take a test for influence and it was denied, they did not give a reason, they just told me that they could not do it for me, perhaps some racism, a bit of a lack of humanity that I think, that type of person should not work serving the public, I am not going to go to that pharmacy anymore and I am going to file a complaint with the city.

Deserves 0 stars. called Sunday after they are open. Pharmacy person said their system isn't up yet and to call back in 30 mins. if you are lazy at your job and don't want to help people get their medicines, just say that. This Walgreens is open short hours on Sunday and they don't even want to work on those hours. What a joke! I called with goodrx info and they said they don't match other goodrx prescriptions prices, which is untrue. The lady answering never says her name. She said I would have to call another pharmacy to get my prescription moved from them to get the price advertised. I'm sick and the pharmacist is rude. Called Corporate and they said they are supposed to price match goodrx. People are sick and need medicine, not rude people and awful customer service..If the emergency room didn't send my scripts there I would not use walgreens. Lauren is the pharmacist on duty...of at least that is who the front associate at Walgreens said is on duty after putting me on hold for 10 mins...

Had a covid test appt at . Waited in my car for 30min, baby started screaming. Get to the front of the line and the guy says they're closed until 2. No explanation, no assistance in how to get a same day test. I needed to take it today.

The pharmacist is not nice, always a 20 to 30 min wait regardless if no customer waiting or 2, always items out of stock.. im moving all of my stuff to cvs

This Walgreens is within walking distance of my home. I used to use it for my prescriptions but the service has become so very poor that I only had 2 of my monthly prescriptions filled there. Today it became none. I went to drop off prescriptions at the drive through. That's usually a very quick operation at any other pharmacy drive through, but at this one I pulled up to the second spot and the container was not available. I pushed the call but and someone came on and abruptly and not at all politely even though they were thanking me for my patience and didn't even bother to let me tell them I was just dropping off. They were having a dispute with another customer in the other lane that was going on and on, so again, I just wanted to drop off and come back later so I pressed the button again, got the same response, didn't bother to listen to anything I was trying to say to them, so I left and as you can see, this Walgreens is a low performance Walgreens and most of it is a medical office for Village Medical. They do not care about servicing their customers, please don't go here.

Service at the pharmacy is so slow and incompetent. They take forever to get a prescription ready, then they just don't bother with it if your insurance doesn't cover it.They're constantly out of every medication known to mankind so if it's urgent and you need it. Go somewhere else. You'll die before they actually get it in stock. I needed life saving blood pressure medication after giving birth because I almost had a stroke multiple times which hospitalized me and I called ahead to make sure they had it and they said yes. Then when I got there they suddenly had to order more and it would take at least a week.... I think they're just lazy in all honesty.

Horrible customer service. For 2 months I've tried to get prescriptions filled and Walgreens pharmacy says I do not have insurance I've had to call my insurance company and they do not understand why I am having these problems my insurance company called and talk to the pharmacist today. She said they were very rude to her but the prescription was should be ready soon. I have had this insurance for over 6 years and never an issue except at this location. Last month I had to wait over 6 hours for them to fill it. I called as soon as they opened and they told me they would work on it and it would be ready in the next couple of hours. They sent me a text at 10am stating it was ready for pickup. I waited until 3:30 to pick it up when I went down there I was told it was not ready and I had no insurance and they had not bothered to call my insurance. Then I had to wait 45 minutes at the store why they called my insurance and then to get my prescription ready. While I was down there I contacted my insurance they could not understand why Walgreens was not feeling my prescription. After I got off the phone with my insurance I still had to wait another 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. I filled out a survey regarding my experience asking management to contact me and nobody ever did. Now I am having the very same issue this month

I never leave negative reviews but my doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy and they couldn't find it. I called my doctor to confirm she sent it to this pharmacy and confirmed the address. I checked again and still no prescription so I had my doctor send it to the one on Peoria instead.When I called the Peoria location they told me that it was already sent to the pharmacy on Thunderbird and Thunderbird would have to void it in their system before the Peoria location could fill my prescription. Of course, when I called Thunderbird again, they still had no record of it. I had the Peoria location call the Thunderbird location for me and they still couldn't figure it out ?The prescription was for birth control and backup didn't work :/
