This place has gone way downhill. The last 3 times I've gone thru the pharmacy pick up line it's taken OVER 40 minutes, any given time of day. They constantly substitute meds with meds it SPECIFICALLY says not to substitute in my chart. Get more employees or something. It's insane that there's issues EVERY TIME

Horrible experience shopping !! One of the associates followed me around the store and hid behind displays, watching me. I was just shopping for vitamins and hair care checking out the deals at the store since Walgreens have such great deals. So disappointing! Only giving 5 stars to Kevin from the pharmacy. He’s amazing. The best customer service I’ve ever received from a pharmacy technician. He’s very attentive, kind, and caring. He actually called me back less then the time he promised to tell me that he found my daughter's prescription. Thank you Kevin !
