Curious how you look at customers walking up and finish stocking the 2 boxes you have of candy. Don't come around the counter to ring us up, you say hold on. Well we are customers, there was a line starting because you were stalking. I already don't come here alot because of the pharmacy, I will be frequenting another store, I was in a hurry, I realize stocking candy is very very important but is it important enough to loose customers?? Then you came over did a few things then rung us up, then you ask me if I want to get the Mastercard I'm eligible for, hell na!!! Are you really that clueless??? I even asked you to help us because of how long you were taking to stocking gosh dang candy!!!!I am just kinda shocked, I guess this is a reason your store is empty.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I walked in with my toddler to shop, but needed to use the restroom first. I went to the restroom and noticed you needed a code to unlock the door. I went to the front to ask the lady with fake red hair if I could have the restroom code, this woman literally said I couldn’t use the restroom because they only had two employee’s. Mind you, it’s the middle of the day! That is the laziest thing I have ever heard! I will be contacting corporate to let them know how rude the workers are in this store and I most certainly will not be back.

Went into today to spend 75 dollars worth of hygiene customer service by a pregnant girl named "precious" horrible attitude. Idc if you are pregnant woes you girl. And the old lady with red hair. Laughing and making jokes about the situation. All I got to say is if you wanna treat someone like your on the streets and not at work you can get treated like that. The same energy in return girl. Both of you need to find a new job tbh. Easiest job in the world I have stuff to do all you gotta do is stand there and get paid. Why the attitude don't like your life or what ??? the old lady to acted like she did my email did it wrong purposely and when I asked why it didn't show up on the pay screen for me to approve it she voided my whole transaction so she didn't even put my email to my account so she lied. Worst walgreens I've ever been to. ???

I had a bad experience with the photo department. First, I placed an order for a customized birthday card and after placing the order, it said it should be ready before 1pm. I get there before 1pm and there is no one working in the photo department and a lady from the cash register in the front comes over and tells me it's not done, they are short-staffed and that she will work on it and should be printed in 30 mins. A few days later, after still not hearing from anyone, I call and a man answers and tells me the printing process of the birthday card has not even been started. So he proceeds to tell me that he will work on it and give me a call back when it's ready, which I appreciated. I come in the following morning to pick up the birthday card and the way I customized it, was not the way it printed. The image on the front of the birthday card was not centered and there was a white space at the top because the image shifted with printing. I was too exhausted after my 12+ hour shift to go back to the Walgreens, so I called in the next day and spoke to the ?Manager? Who said she will work on getting it printed out correctly. When I show up to pick it up and open the envelope, the card looks the same, off center and faded-looking even though I chose the premium card quality when I placed the order. So I mention that to the lady at the cash register in the front and another girl takes me back to the photo dept and tries to use a different cardstock to print out the card. It printed out correctly and much better with the lower quality cardstock which doesn't make sense to me. I did end up paying for the card again which is kinda ridiculous because if I didn't have the coupons I did, I would have paid almost $10 for this card which was supposed to be almost $5 per piece. I think out of courtesy you shouldn't have to pay for a screw-up that you didn't make. But Walgreens needs to make their money somehow and the employees are just doing their job. I have nothing bad to say about the employees because most of them really tried except the first lady who told me she will work on it and never got the job done, but they were probably short-staffed so it's no big deal. Communication should have definitely been improved throughout this whole process because this was so stressful for me going back and forth three times just to get one customized birthday card printed out. And I did try to order from a Walgreens closest to my house but their printing machine broke down so I had no other choice but to order from this location because I needed it asap. I won't be ordering photos from any Walgreens anymore. I suggest others save themselves time and a headache and order from a place where they do just the printing of cards, wherever that might be.

DIANA was my cashier: Came to get printer paper at my local Walgreens (83rd & Glendale) Was at the counter getting ready to pay with a person having trouble processing the card in front of me, gave Diana a suggestion on how to process the card bc the chip wasn’t in the reader. Response back to me “not it doesn’t” very rudely added with a big sigh/huff. I left my things on the counter and left. Geez rough day Diana……

Beware of certain pharmacy staff. I’ve picked up my mother’s prescriptions several times here. Twice the receipt shows her usual three prescriptions are scanned, however when I get home only two are in the bag. We proceed to call the pharmacy and they show the prescription missing is filled and insurance won’t cover a refill since it’s a certain numbered supply. This is for a blood pressure medication. My mother is told over the phone that someone picked up her prescription and they should all be there, they proceed to insinuate that the person who picked up the medication may have took it. They will review footage. I head to the pharmacy with mother in tow and they continue to say I picked up her medication and it shows it was scanned insinuating I must have taken it. Don’t mess with peoples prescriptions or better yet steal them. Management needs to keep an eye on their pharmacy staff. This is my mothers medication I pick up after a long day at work you think I got time for this! Footage will show me picking it up will it show how many were put in the bag? DO BETTER

The ladies that work here are extremely friendly and polite. I especially enjoyed the small talk with Kathy while she rang up my purchase.
