My doctor called in a prescription on 11-2-23. I went to get it last night at 7:10 PM. It was not ready. It appeared to me that the staff seemed more interested in getting out right at 8 PM. To be fair the pharmacist offered to fill it right away, but it would take 20-25 minutes to do. I couldn't wait because I had to pick up my daughter at the school. I went back this morning to be told that it wasn't scheduled to be ready until 11-4-23. This store was a lot better at filling prescriptions in a timely manner. This is not the first time this has happened in the last year. I'm starting to see why a lot of my neighbors have moved their prescriptions to Frys or Walmart. I have an issue that is not cancerous at this time, but if untreated, it could turn into cancer. I was suppose to start the meds as soon as possible.

Every single prescription is delayed or they have an issue. Never had theses issues when we had to go through CVS. I wish our insurance didn’t prefer Walgreens.

This review is more towards the pharmacy. I don't know what happened but whatever it was, I thank you. Maybe 6 months ago or more this place was hard to come to. Slow, frustrated employees, and almost never open. Over the past six months I have come here multiple times and have been extremely happy with their customer service. Everyone I have talked to, during my multiple visits, has been happy and eager to help. They are quick to support and I have never waited more than five minutes. Highly recommend this location now. Whatever they are doing it is awesome.

If I could give a zero I would. Get a daily phone call about a prescription be ready. Went this weekend, they were closed. Drove by Monday and the drive-thru had about 10 cars in it. So yesterday I decide to walk in the store and hop in line and one of the girls that works there drops a sign in front of me and says we close at 5:00. She says come back tomorrow. Their service sucks as well as their attitudes. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Constantly understaffed. I don't think I've ever been on hold for under 30 mins. They never have all your prescriptions ready. Never have I been to a pharmacy where they don't even answer the phone.

This Walgreens pharmacy is terrible. I have never had problems with Walgreens pharmacy till I started going to this location. I had my scripts switch to another one. Good luck!

Under no circumstance should you get vaccinated at this dumpster fire. Most unprofessional and amateur staff you can imagine. First of all everyone who works there appeared to be sick. Sneezing, coughing, etc. Yet nobody is wearing a mask. The person who administered the shot was literally half-masking it with a runny nose.Technically you're not supposed to leave for 15 minutes after the shot, yet nobody said anything. Because they either don't know this or don't care.My wife's arm was gushing with blood after the shot because I'm pretty sure the person who did it had no clue. I really wish we'd just turned around and left because the whole place felt off. Wouldn't be surprised if we end up with covid after this experience.Stay away from this place!

I love this location because there are these 2 older ladies and they always have something to share about the item I am purchasing! (Always positive!) They make my pop in and shop experience much more fun than just any regular Walgreens! Love seeing them at the check out counter!

If I could leave a zero star for this pharmacy staff I would. With all of these negative reviews, you would think higher ups would evaluate their staff and replace, which is my recommendation. On hold for far too long. Cut off what you are trying to explain to them. And SNARKY remarks from female answering the phone. Pass on this pharmacy and drive a little further to be treated with respect.

Their website lets you schedule flu vaccines all day long. When we arrived at 1:23 for our 130 appointment, we were told, sorry we’re closed at 1:30. Well that’s remarkable, because they would’ve had seven minutes to give us a flu vaccine and then go about their lunch schedule but apparently closing at 1:30 means we stop working before 130 to get ready for our closure at 1:30. Ridiculous

I called the Pharmacy at this location to see if they had Bronkaid pills seeing as Walgreens has always carried them and when I went to a different location they were out...whomever answered the phone at this location when she said they were out too and I asked if she had any suggestions because I literally need these to live, her recommendation was "I suggest going to your doctor and getting albuterol"..hmmm, first of all lady Albuterol is used as a rescue for emergencies while Bronkaid is for asthma maintenance, second of all I don't have insurance or a doctor so thanks for your ill informed and obviously rude yet lacking in any sort of medical knowledge about my condition recommendation and third of all, if you don't even know what types of asthma medications are used for what type situation you need to hand the phone off to someone else who does, seriously you are one rude idiot and should be fired

Woman working at the pharmacy had an attitude and was not helpful at all. Was given a hard time just trying to fill my disabled son’s medication. Definitely does not care about people’s health..changing locations ASAP...
