We switched to this location a few years back and it has been good. We had a few issues, but they do make an effort to help us. We hope it continues. The staff are friendly and kind. Their work is made harder by greedy pharmaceutical companies and heartless health insurance companies. We are grateful for their efforts to keep us healthy.

I showed up at like 11:45 pm and angel greeted me with a warm hi how may I help you I asked if they knew where the vaporizers were she asked her Associate Colin to help me find it and he was very knowledgeable about where they were which ones were they best buy for my buck! From know on I will make this store which is 4 miles away from my home my Walgreens of choice thanks guys your the best. by the way I bought the Vicks vaporizer and it's working great !

They steal your controlled substances to use personally or likely sell on the side. I've never had to check a stapled pharmacy bag before in my life but when I got home the bottle was empty. My wife had a tooth extracted and was in agony for 24hrs straight because these degenerates have a habit and will help themselves to your prescription. Filed a complaint with corporate which weve also never needed to do with a company before. Disgusting and subhuman, check everything you get before leaving and count them out on the counter.

My kids have had their prescriptions brought to this location for 20 yrs, we do not change because of the Pharmists that used to work there, but now they are gone, trusting these new ones will do the job. These other reviews I see, can you please tell me a pharmacy that can get you out less than 20 min, honestly, and the person who wrote, was not able to use the bathroom, either they did not want to have it used for a public restroom or you did not purchase anything, did you go across the street to Circle K? I do have to say, everyone has been very helpful with us, the downfall lately, and due to lack of staffing, is this location will close and with out warning. So if you are looking for a place that is always open, go to a 24 hour Walgreens. I gave this location 4 star, due to the place being under staffed, must find a another way to get people hired, or may have to be only a part time pharmacy. One more thing about comments on the rude customer service, granted we have our days of customers yelling in your face, can you try to put on a happy face if you are not being treated with no respect from a customer?

We switched to this location and it was good for a few months. Then the usual fare: Mistakes, lies about what our insurance covers, obstinacy not stocking our meds. Delays. Attitude. Truth is that no one cares about anything. They get paid premium dollars by our insurance, but the workers do not care. Underpaid, incompetent service yields the only result it can: frustration on all sides. We will switch again to some other pharmacy but don't expect any miracles. Pitiful situation. We want excellent service only. We don't care for excuses and explanations.

I visited this Walgreens on 3/9/22 to purchase a cosmetic that was on sale. I presented the cashier a coupon for $4.00 off that I printed from the website coupons.com. The cashier said I don't think we accept printed coupons only from the newspaper. I asked that she contact her manager and ask. She called him and he said NO we will not honor. No explanation, also there is nothing on Walgreens website indicating this. The manager on duty that day was Christopher Nelson. I suggest if you want to use a coupon from Coupons.com you go to CVS. At least there you are not treated poorly. Shame on you Walgreens!

Every time I have to go pick up my prescriptions, it takes at a minimum 20 minutes. I went through the drive through tonight and there were only TWO cars in front of me. When it was finally my turn, they ended up having two meds ready that I don’t take anymore and had already talked about with them. They took FOREVER to look around to try to find the meds I didn’t need (that they apparently hadn’t actually gotten ready even though they thought I needed them) and to finally tell me what was going on. The whole thing took a half hour. They take way too long every single time and just as long to answer the phone when I need to call. Horrible customer service.

Literally THE WORST pharmacy I have ever used. Takes forever to fill prescriptions. They often never have basic medications in stock. Lack of communication from the dept when there is an issue or the meds are ready to be picked up. They don't answer their phone either. I'm transferring all of my family's medications out to another pharmacy and I suggest everyone else do the same.

We switched to Walgreens from CVS because we could not put up with CVS lack of professionalism any longer. Sometimes at this Walgreens Pharmacy location they do not have our medications or mess up our order; but they always fix it with a big great smile. We take a quite a few meds between my husband and me. Men in their fifties and sixties have all sorts of issues, but the meds keep us healthy and functioning. We are thankful to this Walgreens location especially because they help no matter what and always with a smile. Sometimes we feel cranky and we just want to get done quickly. No one likes to wait, but at least here they treat us well. They smile, they ask us how we are doing, and so we don't mind that extra wait anymore even on long weekdays after a lot of work at our jobs. We are thankful we have this Walgreens location so close to us. Thank you.

Well surprise surprise this Walgreens has a poor Yelp review. The pharmacy has messed my prescription up about five times now. The most recent boner these glorified pill counters pulled you ask? They gave me around 6 boxes of the wrong test strips . Do we apologize and fix the issue? Nah the middle eastern lady I didn't catch her name basically treated me like I was trying to scam drugs. Lol I need this stuff to live. I will be moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Not that this company really cares but this is a cautionary tale for whom ever may stumble into this abysmal dumpster fire.
