Lol I never thought I'd be reviewing a pharmacy but here we are. THIS IS THE WORSE PHARMACY IN THE VALLEY!! We just moved to this side of town and my doctor called in a prescription on Wednesday 09/13 to this location on Happy Valley and we tried to pick it up that night but they said it would be ready the following day at noon. I went back the next day at and they said it still wasn't ready. I called Saturday morning 09/16 and they said it would be ready in a hour and I would get a text message confirming. Sunday came around and I called the pharmacy and they told me it was my fault due to it was filled by another location and I needed to contact my doctor due to insurance said the prescription was already filled. I said to cancel it and I would take my business somewhere else. I won't be spending my money at Walgreens again.

This place is five minutes from my house and I only typically need my meds refilled once a month so it doesn't feel worth changing....but it is the WORST pharmacy. You wait in line for between 15-30 minutes every time, they will leave you on hold for 10-20 minutes and then hang up on you, half of the staff is rude and dismissive, and they bungle medications. Just yesterday my husband waited in line for over 25 minutes to pick up 2 scripts. When he got home I said "did you check the bag?" And he hadn't. Sure enough, one of the meds was missing.

This pharmacy does not care about their clients. They are exstremely rude and never answer the phone. The Pharmacist could care less and everyone has an attitude but 1 girl. I feel sorry for her to have to work with her colleagues. I am making a formal complaint and hopefully Walgreens will see the reviews and hold them all accountable. it's sad this is our neighborhood pharmacy!! Do better everyone. Avoid this location and it's worth the drive to another. Shame on you all, you La k integrity and professionalism.

A few years ago (pre-COVID) this Walgreens was okay. The last year they have progressively declined. I had a doctor call in pain medication at 11am. I tried to call twice. The first time I was on hold for 21 minutes - no answer. The second time after 36 minutes on hold they literally picked up the line and hung up. Oddly on the second call the announcement said I had one caller ahead of me. Additionally the app is useless if the pharmacy doesn't up date it! I've also had curbside order take 40 minutes to respond and then only after I went in the store. The last time the manager didn't apologize. Instead they acted like it was an inconvenience to get my order. The leadership at this store needs to learn about customer service - or they should be replaced. Eventually all of the people who accept substandard service and poor attitudes will do like I am and go somewhere else. This store doesn't earn any business.

You'll never be able to get a hold of someone in the pharmacy if you call. They'll just keep picking up and placing you on hold without saying anything. Then when they get annoyed enough they'll just hang up on you. Also this place is gross and watched a guy get a vaccine while I waited for my RC to be filled.

Terrible experience with pharmacy. Had a prescription from my kid's pediatrician at 11.30 am. Reached the pharmacy to collect it after 40 minutes. The lady at the counter rudely said it's not yet ready and may be ready in the afternoon only. Shared my cell number to send a text when it's ready. It was a cream and nothing to be prepared. Still, I waited till evening 6.30pm and no text. My kid is in pain. I stop by again at the pharmacy, and they are saying it is not ready and asking me if i wanted it today or tomorrow! I said I had been here at noon for it, now stop by again, and do you think it is for tomorrow? Then, I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for a tube of cream, putting in a paper bag! This location sucks!!!

My god, worst customer service ever!! I stood at the window at 7:00 waiting for lady to open store as she chats with someone behind her then slow as shit opens the door. I grab 2 items then resume waiting for slow as shit lady at her register as she continues to chat with her colleague. Check your cameras at front door at 7:00 am Walgreens, you can see me waiting, her blatantly ignoring me and taking sweet ass time to open door. I don't expect much, don't even say good morning to me for all I care but I don't want to have to wait for you TWICE at 7am!!

I have been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for the pharmacy only to get hung up on. I am so sick and on top of this feeling extremely frustrated.

Door sign says open at 7am. Several minutes go by and nobody unlocks the door. I finally follow a pharmacy associate through the door and ask if they're open. Carol only replies with what I can only describe as a grunt. I find the over the counter meds I was looking for and get outa there. Never again, I'll go the CVS down the street instead.

Today I went to go pick up a prescription and when we were finishing up the lady asked me if I had any questions. I said yes I do and proceeded to ask my question. The lady checking me out didn’t know the answer so she went to go check with a pharmacist. When she came back the answer was extremely vague and I just wanted to clarify on it. She went back to the pharmacist (with a lot of attitude) so the pharmacist came on the intercom and gave me the same vague answer. I asked for clarification and told her I was having a hard time understanding her because the intercoms. She then repeated herself and said something that was more confusing than helpful. ( I am leaving out details for my comfort) I asked her more specifically about the time frame I should be expecting my meds to impact certain things and she just repeated the same vague answer. I realized she wasn’t interested in helping me any further so I said ok. Mind you I was respectful this whole conversation. Then I heard them laughing at me. I failed to see how that was funny and asked the girl what she thought was so funny and she disconnected the call to the outside intercom. She just sent my meds over and that was it. No goodbye.. no have a good day. Just laughed at me. I find it very disrespectful.. regardless if you think the question was silly you have more education then myself. I should be able to ask questions about my meds without getting the feeling that they don’t want to help and then being laughed at. Very very poor customer interaction.. no wonder you guys have a two star rating!

I waited on hold for the pharmacy for over 45 minutes and then it just hung up on me. This has to be the slowest pharmacy, or they just don't care. Their drive thru and walk-in is always a crazy wait as well

The employees that work here are very rude to start with. Twice I have gone to fill a prescription and they charged me cash price instead of using my insurance. When I called them about it they were very rude. I will not use Walgreens again.

Did not have a prescription to p/u however, I called in to see if they could grab me medicine from the floor and I could use the drive through as I am not feeling good at all. And with no hesitation they went and grabbed multiple of what I needed. Thank you Danielle you were so helpful and sweet!

The pharmacist here was incredible, she took time to help me sort out my medication while she was busy. I had other pharmacists that wouldn't even take the time to explain the problem and she went out of her way to help.

I love this store! The staff are very nice and helpful. I know it is very busy sometimes in the pharmacy but the pharmacists and the technicians are doing good job.
