The staff at this location are rude and unhappy people. The tech that was handling the drive through was cursing in Spanish during his interaction with the person that drove up and I have also had negative experiences with this staff member on previous occasions when picking up medications when interacting with him. The lady I dealt with today was in a rush and kept cutting me off when I was attempting to verify if she was handling my medications or someone else’s as she said the wrong last name and home address, when I attempted to verify by telling her my date of birth she said “no no no” and became annoyed and unpleasant. The pharmacist was also distracted and had an annoyed demeanor when I needed to consult with her about my new meds. Do not recommend this pharmacy, they are all miserable and unhappy.

Much like all the other reviews, these folks are the farthest thing from helpful as you can get. My mom picked a pain med thats a controlled substance and a new medication that is an injection. They asked for her address but no ID, never asked if she needs syringes, nothing. We had to ask for syringes and told the girl this is a new script. She proceded to ask us what size...like really? Its a new script, we have no idea. She then asks us do you want me to ask the pharmacist?..yes, please. Once that was figured out she Literally bagged it all up and said here you go. No consult still no ID check for the opioid. We again had to ask if somebody could show us how to do this injection. She acted like it was a bother. It was about 8pm with no other customers in the store so its not like they had a lot going on. We will be having asking the dr to send the scripts to a different pharmacy going forward. I dont mind driving farther for better and more complete service. This is literally peoples health were talking about. Do your job, and do it correctly.

I don't recommend vaccines at Walgreens at Hillcrest and 67th Ave. I scheduled a vaccine one week ahead. When I arrived the Pharm Tech, AJ, asked me to sit by private room which I did for a while. Then AJ came out to tell me Walgreen corporate sent all vaccines to busier stores even thought there were scheduled appointments. AJ said they had no inventory so I could come back and they would keep my paperwork. I came back two days later and AJ told me he threw out my paperwork so I would have to start over and schedule an appointment. When I asked to speak with a manager, Mike Britt said due to privacy they could not keep paperwork. Then AJ said he found my paperwork. At that point had no desire to do business at that location. If I wasn't forced to by my medical plan I would not use ANY Walgreens.I sent a complaint through the "walgreenslistens.com" more than a week ago. Apparently, they DO NOT listen because I have heard NOTHING from them. BOOOOO Walgreens!!

Every month they hold my Rx and extra day. Should be against the law. The main pharmacist is so rude she treats all the customers with a snobbish attitude. I have tried changing pharmacies but it's not easy when they hold your rx hostage not allowing transfers. Needless to say I will be switching to another location although this isn't the first Walgreens that have pompous attitudes towards their customers. News flash just because you are a pharmacist does not make you better then anyone else

Had a prescription submitted on May 24th at 0730 for pain relief for wife. After 10 hours messing with them, I told them to fill it and I would pay full cost.Topday, had another prescription for wife sent in and I received full approval from insurance at 0740. All day long Walgreens said they were processing and after 7 hours, I show up at pharmacy]cy and the clerk said preapproval was required. I told him it was approved at 0740 that morning, and it was approved so had to wait another 30 minutes to fill. This place is outrageous. They have more people behind the counter but produce slower than any other pharmacy I have ever been to. The older bald pharmacist is slow as molasses which explains delays. Their whole system is slow and ineffective. Two days waiting for prescriptions took 18 hours. Management needs to clean house and redo the whole system

So usually there's no problems here when I am here at least & I'm here 4 days out of the week, morning & evening sometimes because I work in the area but today I was disappointed because nothing ended up turning into something because the boomer cashier in the front with the glasses along with the male manager were trying to regulate what someone was saying on their phone on public property as he has a right to do so, he can be on his phone regardless of how bold he is being when he speaks. I told them they had NO right. They proceeded with saying it's bothering other customers (it was NOT) & that Walgreens is a private business so his rights are different (it is NOT private). They LIED. Giving Walgreens a bad name if you ask me. I told them if it's not bugging us they shouldn't complain either. What they should be doing is WORKING. Not only could the other customer sue because he is being treated badly for NO reason, he can also call cooperate & file a complaint to have them both fired. Let's face it. It was just the boomer cashier trying to act like the boss when she is NOT. She's always in a bad mood & always complains unless she has things her way then she's nice. She didn't like him so she started it. Simple as that. We all know it's because he isn't from this side of town. You can tell the cashier is not from there as well. Poor guy just was waiting in line for the ATM, he would've just got his money & left. Cashier does NOT have any patience. He would've grabbed his money & left. There's wouldn't have been an issue but she doesn't know how to leave things alone. She should retire if she can't cut in customer service. She's of age. She should, before the company forces her to since she IS indeed PROBLEMATIC. What did you except when you guys are right off the freeway & you work in PUBLIC.

Horrible pharmacy experience… they don’t answer voicemails and make patients wait nearly an hour for a prescription fill that was called in.

Wish I got the ladies name I talked to, she sounded young and was SO rude. I called the pharmacy tonight at 7:00pm. I was trying to ask questions to get my prescription transferred over to their pharmacy and she wanted to rush me off the phone and placed an order for me before I could give an answer. Also tons of background noise like she was playing with something the whole time. Terrible.

The worst customer service. They didn’t know what info to ask for and took me multiple visits just to have them enter the correct info. One of the employees tried to cut me off and tell me they were closed for lunch in the middle of giving my info. Won’t go to this location again.

I receive my medication through the pharmacy at this location and due to the type of medicine it is extremely important that I do not miss a dose. I was dealing with insurance issues, I was no longer covered and without a primary insurance I would have to pay way more than I could afford. I had another insurance that wasn't working at other locations for some reason. I went into this store in order to get it figured out. I was helped by Holly, a pharmacist tech. I went in expecting to be told to call insurance blah blah blah but that was far from what I got. Holly spent the next 10 minutes typing away, greeting customers (by name) and solving my issue. Compared to my experiences at other locations I was elated to find out that people still take the time to make sure that the customer's issues are resolved. People are quick to call out the lack of care towards customers but not to often do we get the other side. Well folks Holly is the other side. Thank you Holly!
