This Walgreens sucks!! I was here the other day and the girl at the desk was on her phone with AirPods in (as seen in the picture). I was trying to ask for help but she couldn’t hear me so I spent 20 minutes looking for what I needed by myself. Then once I was at checkout she was very rude and didn’t even let me enter my phone number in. On top of that her breath smelt horrendous. I believe her name was pearl. If you want some toothpaste I can buy it for you if that’ll fix your horrible attitude.

Horrible experience shopping !! One of the associates followed me around the store and hid behind displays, watching me. I was just shopping for vitamins and hair care checking out the deals at the store since Walgreens have such great deals. So disappointing! The in-person shopping experience is dead at this location . So sad

This place provided the worse service I have ever seen. My family went in for shots on 11/17/2023 at 2:30pm. When it was our turn, we told them we were here for the appointments we scheduled over a week prior and the first thing the lady said was "She is too young" looking at my youngest daughter. Now that is really confusing so I had to clarify but she again just said she is too young. Nobody under 12 can get a shot. So this is 100% wrong and I looked at the pharmacist who was standing behind her and asked how that could be since they are for 6 months and up. Well the pharmacist just said the kids shots are out of stock and went back to doing what she was doing. So after over a week of getting appointment reminders, they are out of stock? So many things to unpack here. First, why did they not let us know before our scheduled time they didn't have them? And second, why wouldn't the first person give a more intelligent answer instead of pointing and saying "She's too young". Beyond that, if they were out of stock, why would they not offer any help since we were literally scheduled for over a week.In the end, the only answer we got was they don't control the system. But they control their own actions and they prove they don't care about anyone and probably should just get out of the field since they are totally ignorant. After we left, we called another Walgreens and they said not all carry the under 12 doses. News to us and apparently to Walgreens own scheduling app since it allowed us to schedule at a location that doesn't actually carry them. So no wonder they are out of stock. Well the one we called transferred us to one that carries the under 12 doses and we were able to still get in the same day with no credit going to this store who did NOTHING to help correct the issue as we were there in person.Either do your jobs, or get a new one. You are dealing with people, and some are probably really sick. Show some empathy instead of proving you don't actually care.

Went to pick up prescription on day after work thru drive thru not only was the pharmacy technician Judith (Judy) rude but she was very unprofessional. She cuts you off when your talking or asking a question i asked how her day was and she told me I ruined her day she also flipped me off. I normally don't leave negative reviews but I feel this particular employee needs to find a diffrent line of work that does not involve customer service. This is not the first aweful experiance from her everytime i go and it her she is rude. The other day was beyond ridiculous.Overall this is my go to Walgreens and I have always experienced great customer services overall except for her.

Only giving 5 stars to Kevin from the pharmacy. He’s amazing. The best customer service I’ve ever received from a pharmacy technician. He’s very attentive, kind, and caring. He actually called me back less then the time he promised to tell me that he found my daughter's prescription. Thank you Kevin !

Went in for floss the other day. The two women working there followed me and watched me while I looked for what I wanted. I understand crime is bad in the neighborhood, but this is ridiculous. I've been shopping there for over 20 years. I won't be returning.

do not go here if you need passport photos to be done. I came in the other day to get passport photos and the woman took them wrong. It wasn't properly adjusted to passport photo requirements so i had to drive to a different location to get them retaken.

Here's something fun, we all already hate grabbing medication's from the pharmacy. But let's make it worse with the staff, that's overly aggressive when you're out of refills. Super rude just to tell me I needed to get more refills from my doctor 10 out of 10 the worst. Such a simple concept didn't need to be hostile.

At least go hide in the back if you're gonna block the door with a shopping cart 15 minutes prior to the store closing. This one is for the two dudes that made eye contact and then went to hide behind the counter, classy.

My dr called in a prescription for me on 8/15/22 to start for my Surgery on 8/22/22. I called the pharmacy on 8/16/22 and they said they had no request. I called the physicians office and they assured me they sent it AND verified with the pharmacy. I called pharmacy back and they said it was sent to another pharmacy and they would get it released and filled within an hour (why the first person could not have done the same is a mystery to me). Four hours later, I went to pick up prescription and the drive thru person said there was no prescription for me to pick up. I told him I called this morning, was assured there was a prescription that would be ready in an hour and now it has been 4. The person told me the other pharmacy released but insurance wont pay because they think its been filled (I'm pretty sure this has happened to other people besides me ) so i exclaimed "then why didn't someone call me 4 hours ago that there was an issue. I am going out of town and need the prescription for the surgery I am having so I will just pay for it and deal with insurance later as well as contact corporate office." The person put in some kind of code and said the prescription will now be $16.00 from $32.00 but they are going to lunch in 4 minutes so I will have to come back after 2. The worst part about this scenario, is it is happening literally everywhere when all that needs to happen is for people to listen and take the extra step to look at the details and provide customer service. Super frustrating and now that I have time before I have to use more gas to go back and pick up what I already was in line for, I could write this review. Hopefully someone that can help make a change in customer service reads it.

Just a few weeks ago my mom had what was her 3rd knee replacement on the same knee. On Friday her doctor called in a refill on her pain medication. The pharmacy told her that insurance would not cover it until Tuesday so she'd have to wait. (That's a whole separate rant!) She had just enough left to manage her pain through Saturday. That meant she could expect two days of severe pain and staying on top of pain management is very important to recovery. I called the pharmacy to ask how much it would be if we just paid cash for it so that she would not have to go through that. Julie, the Walgreens employee who answered the phone, sighed and said "it was just filled on may 16th." and proceded to say with a condescending tone, that my mom needed to only take what's prescribed as if to insinuate that she is abusing them. I assured her that wasn't the case and told her i wanted to pay cash and get the medication that evening. She grumbled and said it would be 45.99 and ready in an hour. When I went to pick it up I was prepared to have a discussion with her about her attitude but the employee I encountered at the register was not her but a very professional employee who happens to be someone I've known for many years, Rebecca. Rebecca said my total was 19.99. I told her about my phone call and said that I was told it was going to be 45.99. She said that she had applied a discount card to it and apologized for Julie's attitude. So, first off why couldn’t Julie offer that discount over the phone instead of rudely insinuating that my mother was abusing pain medication? Why isn't a discount just automatically applied for cash customers? What gives anyone working behind that counter the right to second guess what a doctor prescribed? My parents fill all of their regular prescriptions there so it's not like they don't see the history and that the pain meds have only been since surgery. I wish that I could give separate star ratings for the store, Julie and Rebecca because Rebecca deserves 5 stars while Julie needs further training on customer service, compassion and respect. My parents will looking into changing pharmacies.

Lady at the register 3/11@8:54 was RUDE! Asked if I had a phone number and I said yes and proceeded to give it to her and she looked at me and told me ‘well, enter it’ and smirked. I said I was sorry and she smirked again. Now I don’t go to Walgreens too often so I forgot that they don’t enter the phone number, but that was unnecessary. I went to hand her my money and she looked at me like I was diseased and ROLLED HER EYES! I will never come back here again

Amazing pharmacy staff with exemplary customer service! This has been my pharmacy for years; I won't go anywhere else. The pharmacy team is friendly, answers any questions, fills prescriptions as quick as possible, goes out of their way when necessary. They are under an incredible amount of pressure (extra work, short workers) due to COVID...we should take that into consideration before we criticize.

I have been filling my family's prescriptions at this location for 6 years. Now that the Pharmacy has become a shot farm instead of what it was intended and built for, you should expect a 30 minute to an hour wait to pick up your filled prescription. That's right, filled prescription. Above the Pharmacy there are two signs which clearly separate Pick Up/Drop Off or COVID 19 Vaccines, however this doesn't really even matter, because there is only one cashier for both lanes. The pharmacist is busy being a nurse in a private booth, that the entire waiting area and people waiting in the never-ending lines, can hear everything personal discussed. Private what? I feel awful for the staff. Walgreens has successfully set their staff up to fail. One less customer for them to worry about now.
