The staffing here is absolutely disgusting. The Latina girl and the older asian woman at the front counter are extremely rude unhelpful and definitely unprofessional the worst ever
These woman definitely need a reality check and a class on manners and interacting with customers I was in line watching how they treat and act with people and it was just so nasty and when It was my turn the rude Latina girl walks away and tells the asian lady to help me and just as rude as the other woman
They need to hire people who are willing to help people in a nice professional manner
They need to get fired with the way they act

Do not recommend going here for passport the lady who does the filing is very rude and does not seem like she wants to be at work to do her job. I went there twice and each time she was very short with me … I never got a passport and informed her of that and she never explained the process. I still didn’t file, will go to another facility.

This post office is pretty bad. Their parcel bin has been broken for who knows how long and they just don’t seem to bothered to fix it. Even though it says that mail goes out on Saturdays, half the time if you drop off your mail here on Saturdays it doesn’t go out until Monday even if it’s before the pick up time. The customer service is not very good either, I blame that on the management of this particular facility, which is demonstrated by the condition of the parcel bin. I’m sure the management treats its employees like that parcel pin.

I work nights so I’m not often able to visit the post office during business hours, so I have to use the drop off bin to send things out (I have an online business). Most of the time it’s either full and I’m not able to even drop anything off because it does not fit or it’s broken. I will no longer be doing to this location because you never know if you’ll be able to drop off your packages there or not.

They’re always rude here. If you hate your job get a new one that doesn’t require being in customer service. My mail has not been forward I put in an address change almost three weeks ago. Brought the confirmation to the clerk to inquire , he would barely all me to talk and proceeded to answer to questions that weren’t being made.

My regular route driver is Kara and this woman goes above and beyond every day. She is so professional and is very cognizant about the fact that she is delivering not just mail but someones belongings. She is kind, caring and there whenever I have questions or concerns about packages. Even following up on specific packages when there is any interruption or issues.
This last week I had an issue with a package not being scanned in by a different driver (which I understand happens) but I was following up on the issue because this specific package had $350 worth of items in it. I was very anxious not knowing where it was at all and I have unfortunately had mail go missing in the past. I came in and spoke with Edward and he was the most polite and professional postal manager I have had interactions with. I ship quite often and a lot of times when I have questions they get shrugged off or no one really has an answer. Edward followed up with the sub driver to confirm details and continued to check the tracking. He called me this morning to let me know that it arrived in the destination city which was very thoughtful considering most people wouldn't do that.
These two workers deserve recognition for their hard work and thoughtfulness. I cant say enough good things about this last experience with them.

This place has really bad customer service. They don’t like to help you, they just rush you out of the way and walk away like you ain’t asking them a question. Older Asian lady just gave us attitude because we had questions about passports. It was just “mhm, ok” he whole conversation.

Don’t go here they lose packages and then call you for an update hang up in your face before you say anything then when you call back it doesn’t go through

Passport signups are bad all over the place at this time with no appointments available for a couple weeks. Walk in times are going to be 2+hours generally but thankfully I got lucky. Good guy Martin, ended up squeezing my application in before an appointment, praise Shenron (he needs a raise).
Would highly recommend you have everything in order so the process only takes 5-10 mins (citizenship+photocopies/license+photocopies, they also charge some cents for making copies there).

I’ve been trying to get my mail key since December when we bought a condo. We waited till almost February for them to give us the incorrect key that wouldn’t open our mail box. So we go again waiting another month for it to be the wrong mail key, here go again we waited two weeks for the new key not to work. I go back and waited one week because the person there said they would expedite the making of the key we get the key and again the key will not open the mail box again. Four sets of keys and they can’t give us a working key what is going on here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t advertise that you accept walk ins for passports from 9am-9:30am if you aren’t following through with that. & for the lady who does the passports why is it taking you 40min to help 1 person…so that means you got 1 person in 40 min and now it’s almost 10am smh. It was literally like you were going so slow on purpose. The people that work here need to show more compassion and have a better attitude when it comes to serving the public. I don’t know who is in charge of this place or the process of the passports but it needs to CHANGE ASAP.
