When I first did my contract it was 52.00 for 2 months then it went up to 85.00. after the 5th month my fee went up to 130.00 which i think is outrages for a small storage. but what really bugs me is that I didn't received any notice of the increase to my surprise i was charged this fee with no explanation and the girl at the desk seems like she had a chip on her shoulder and just said that's the rent totally shut me down with no other explanation. very rude.

Recommendable is Jennifer's attention, a special employee, great service, friendly, cheerful, she has the aura that many people lack with the fingers of your hand, you can count people like her and you will have 3 to 4 fingers left over because she is unique, I recommend keeping her in your storage facility

Front desk is rude. No customer service was extended at all. After showering up at 12:30 pm for a reservation she took and hour lunch came back and proceeded to take another hour lunch. I had bags on me that were heavy and was on foot. And she told me that I looked like a bum and to wait across the street because it did not look good for the business. After waiting 2 hours she serviced two ppl ahead of me and made me wait for other personal conversations with friends and asked me to be her translator b bad business

US STORAGE is shady and untrust worthy . I rented a unit for 2 months initially and then before the first 30 days was up I was told I owed. Somehow my second month disappeared and I can't seem to get help from anyone. They lie and take advantage of people. They are thieves who don't honor their promotions. You can't get a legitimate manager to help. US storage sucks!!! Do not rent from them, you will get ripped off.
