This is the 1st time I came to the store, however, I find this UPS location has a great welcoming atmosphere. The minute I walked into the store, I can see that the friendly staff was serving a customer, and she take a few seconds to address me and have me wait for a little while she is serving the customer. Her warm and smiling face makes me feel welcome. Even though I was just there to drop off my Amazon return package, she still handled my package with care and asked all my questions. Even the store manager was very nice and friendly as well. I use to go to the UPS near Fry’s at Loop 101 and 59th Ave close to my house, but the staffs at loop 101 & 59th are terrible. After my last visit (July 30) at 79th & Bell (next to Einstein Bagel), I’ll only go to the 79th & Bell location for package shipping. This is a great UPS store.

Such as wonderful experience with Al. He handled my employer equipment return very fast and efficiently. After business needs were taken care of he took time to discuss my personal notary business sharing tips and tricks. This will be my go to UPS store going forward!

Al is amazing! He assisted us w notarizing a will and poa ! He made it so much fun! He’s so pleasant and knowledgeable! His song is “call me Al” by Paul Simon! Al will make you smile if you’re having a bad day! I will be going back every time I need a UPS service!

This store is TOP NOTCH. It is family owned and let me tell you, they provide some of the most excellent customer service I've seen in a long time. I use them for all my Amazon returns, and other items I ship as well. I trust them implicitly and they truly truly care about their customers. They take their time with you and are SOOOO friendly. While there might be a short line, it doesn't matter because you know whatever time they are taking with the customer in front of you they are going to extend the same courtesy to you to make sure you are taken care of and leave satisfied. Please use this UPS store. They go above and beyond for you, and they have more than earned the public's business. You will not be disappointed!
