I have purchase furniture from the store several times in the past and have had pleasant experiences in both those times.
However, upon purchasing furniture this past weekend (10/12/24), I was surprised to say the least considering how I was treated as a customer, and the scam that the delivery driver tried to pull on me.
I had purchased two mattresses and a living room set from a younger salesman at this establishment. We had worked out a deal at the very end for the pricing for the furniture, mattresses, and the delivery from their third party delivery service. Everything was agreed upon and it was a done deal.
Fast forward to Friday 10/18/24, The delivery driver is an hour late, comes only by himself, and he himself is incapable of carrying the furniture on his own and request my help to unload it. I offer my help because it's my furniture, he instructs me there is a second load he has to go get and he will be right back. On his return, he text my sister and lets her know he is on his way and that he will be dropping the small pieces that were left, along with collecting payment for delivery. I have called the store to inform them that there must be a mistake and that what were we going to do about me essentially having to help unload my own furniture even though I paid for delivery.
They inform me that they are not responsible for anything from the delivery company in that I was obligated to pay him the delivery fee. I inform them that I would be stopping by the store today 10/19/24, to not only find a resolution for this situation, but also rectify the young man's behavior in the way that he talked to my sister via text message. If I can upload a screenshot, I will share that along with this.
If you're coming to the store leaving you're getting a good deal, good customer service, you were falsely mistaken. Take this as a warning, stay away from this business. If you further read the reviews, you will see that the store actually defends their atrocious behavior.

My experience was not ok based on there actions, I bought two items from here, one was a dining table which I saw the store model and then later picked up and it was fine. I also picked out a sectional which i placed an order and later picked up as well. First off the pickup date kept getting postponed and after we picked up our sofa, turns out our sectional looks close to what I ordered but it's definitely not what i wanted and looks nothing like picture from the magazine they provided me to choose from. I called them ask for an exchange. They never called me back, even though they agreed that the sectional is not adding up according to the measurements, I ended getting a small sectional that is at value around $300 at the most when I believe I was getting a longer wider and better quality piece of furniture. Do not buy here!! they do not care to tell you that everything is final sale and no EXCHANGES. They do not take full responsibility of any issue once ever. STAT AWAY your better off going to major furniture store where if your spening more than $1000's of dollars they will take care of you! Trust!

BUYER BEWARE!! This company POSTS deceptive advertisements on offer up. Items in the pictures have pricing that DO NOT coincided with the actual item. The verbiage posted does not mention this either! So when you are lured in, the item you are shown is not the item in the ad. Misleading right? I know! We go to offer up to save a few dollars. So marketing ploys like that manipulate us who are trying to save money. I mean it's predatorial at best!! Then when I approached them to inform them how misleading that is for consumers, I was told "then our business isn't a good fit for you. " I took screenshot of the ads as well as the horrible unprofessional tone of their customer service. But this review doesn't have room to post photos for some strange reason.

I bought a “mattress “ here and it’s terrible quality. Apparently they don’t do refunds. Be careful and don’t spend your hard earned money here .
