Abigael went the extra mile in getting my S21+ charging port replaced and phone is working beautifully. She recommended some other services provided thru our Verizon insurance and I took full advantage of the offers. She was easy to communicate with me and fully explained what needed to be done and repair was completed over night. Ready to go the next morning. Best customer service I have received in years! We had a great experience here. We needed new screensavers on both an iPhone and an iPad. We expected to leave both and have to come back later in the day, but Jacob installed both in ten minutes’ time. We only paid for the screensavers—no installation charges—and he helped us get the iPad case back on (no easy task, that!). I recommend Jacob and this store highly.

We love you IBreakUFix! Finally, the first time an old iPhone 8 Plus with a battery swelled so badly, the front display was curved, and I walked out with a perfect phone, plus we got a great deal on an extended service plan! The locations service vary, and we live 15 miles from Glendale, but the drive was well worth it! The young lady who took care of us was so nice, and Sean did a FANTASTIC job! No front display curve!
For everyone paying $$$ per month on the latest phones, it’s far better to buy an older phone in great condition from an original owner and take it to IBreakUFix for a new battery. You’ll save a huge amount of money, plus you can change services easily!

I enter the store with my phone and could not get into it because the voice over was on. I could not get into setting to changed or turn off voice over. Nevertheless, Aby and brandon know how resolve the problem and i am please. Weeeeeeee!
