Good place to get trading cards . They seem to charge about 2-3 dollars more than online but I assume it’s because of convenience of it being in person no shipping needed. Wish the skinny guy a was a bit more idk understanding? Came off as annoyed when I tried to talk to him though he was sorting something.

Pretty terrible toy store. Employees don’t know how to take care of old vintage toys. I brought it some stuff to trade it and they told me to “go away” as they manhandle the toys. One of my boxes was suddenly torn after the encounter with them. The tear was definitely not there when I came in and it looks like someone tried to stuff their finger and pry the box open. What’s even more surprising to me is that I specifically took the figure OUT of the box before I even stepped in the store for fear this would happen. Tri force employees then decided to open the box and put the figure in, resulting in a torn corner. And honestly the offer they gave was pretty pathetic, retro exchange DEFINITELY offers more and has a better selection and nicer people. These people at Tri are out of touch and have no experience handling anything but safety scissors, go somewhere else for toys. The selection is pretty boring compared to some other toy stores nearby, and honestly I would just go to the comic store across the street. Even collectors marketplace is better. If you have figures and are passionate about them you’ll know the struggle of finding a place that won’t……destroy your stuff…not.

Try and downplay what you have for sale and come up with random prices. Would not sell here ever!

Bought a few video games around over $100 and although they were games, I was excited to find, unfortunately some of them were so badly damaged they didn't work. They don't offer resurfacing or cleaning either - I honestly can say buying something from here will be a hit or miss.
Edit: Response from the owner not good enough. If not cleaned when received, then they should be at least resurfaced/cleaned when bought. I cannot recommend this place.

This is the worst collectible store I've ever been in the whole of America, it has the worst service, the most bad attention, they throw things away after you buy, you don't even get a good service because you're a tourist and they also treat you like you don't have money to buy them. I bought about $1,000 and they were not able to properly pack my statue for my trip.
Your employees should reevaluate their service and attention

If you want to be treated like garbage that can't buy their elitist product, without naming the 3 characters that serve there, they discriminate against people as if they were asking for help from the government and they only want to take your money. After paying, there is no help of any kind for proper packaging of your purchases. For this reason, my figure arrived broken.

I don't shop here too often, or else I'd be broke, but when I do I rarely leave unhappy. The one time I did, the owner didn't hesitate to make it right for me. Extremely grateful to him and I'll be more than happy to repay that kindness with future business.
Very happy to have a local collectibles/retro store like this in Glendale.

Honestly I always have liked the store even if I have not bought anything yet but one thing that I would personally suggest is to have longer hours like 6pm or 7pm as sometimes some people can only come later

They were very rude to me when I would ask simple questions. Probably because the color of my skin, cant think of another reason. I was polite and my questions were legit about an item in a glass case which i couldnt observe on my own or even see the price of. Theres plenty of other toy stores on this block with better customer service.
