Lived here for 6 years. Never had any problems. Management is professional and maintenance is quick to respond. They are all very kind! The Manager is so sweet and kind. Best I have ever seen!

Walking in to the office at Tresa was so refreshing! The office was open and bright, and welcoming! Zoe was there to greet us and she did not fail to deliver EXCELLENT service! She was so happy, kind, and willing to help! Zoe made me want to live at Tresa! She is perfect at her job and I'm so happy I got to learn about the property from her! The property is overall every beautiful and well kept. The size of the units is very appealing as well as the huge closets. The community has a homey feel to it, instead of "just another complex." Very satisfied!

Need to say while we were not approved for moving in, Yessica our agent was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable very patient with us. Got the glitches we need to work and will return to be approved. Hopefully Yessica will still be there

I have made three failed attempts to receive my deposit back. I have spoken with Jessica and have gotten nowhere! It has been 30 days and still nothing. They do not communicate and think that it is ok. I have to file in small claims court. Stay away it is not worth the headache.

The leasing staff is incredibly lazy and lacks follow up. Most days the phones are out of order so you are unable to contact anyone. There have been home invasions and robbery’s and when reported to the front office they were unwilling to spread awareness to other residents and showed no empathy. The response time to work orders takes weeks if not months to complete which Is unacceptable when water is pouring out of your ceiling for months!!!!!!!! Not to mention the human size dog poop everywhere!!!

Lately I'm wondering if any of the front office people are going through the property. A blanket is hanging off the balcony behind me, another has a vacuum cleaner and a chair with boxes sitting by the front door....

Love this community! Leasing staff are always in great moods and make you feel comfortable! And shout out to the maintenance team ! True heroes, they have soo much to attend to but still come asap when they are needed ! Love it here
