“Really friendly staff. Me and my son come here whenever we get the chance to look around and we have found some really neat stuff. I really love that they are trying to increase the choices for Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh. I would like to encourage the staff to keep doing so.”

“The store is clean and always has a lot of stock options. Wish they had a better selection of random Lego pieces. Especially for sets that have lots of tiny pieces. But I love Lego and would never stop building them.”

“I stopped in today to visit with Linda, as my mother was a long time customer and friend. Everytime I go there I see something new. Today I picked up 2 beautiful puzzles and a handmade apron. The shop is always fun to browse through. They have so many great gift ideas. Now that I moved to Glendale, I'm going to encourage my neighbors to check out this amazing store!”

“My grandkids love build a bear even in their teens. This store has rearranged itself in the last few months. Choices didn't seem to be as abundant as other times but maybe because they brought all their halloween animals in. Still, I know ill be back in December wirh the next grandchildren bday.”

“This place is a cool hang out to play board games and such. Ready player 1 games is attached as well. Some cool vintage arcade games and owner has a thing for pinball. Some of the newest stern pinball games. My brother turned me on to this place and I stop in and throw a few bucks in some pinball. Not super packed, and everyone is mellow”

“I'm leaving this review for my husband who keeps procrastinating on leaving one himself. I didn't get the names of the gentleman who helped us but they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They really went above and beyond on customer service and helped my husband acquire a spare Nintendo 64 controller that for some reason he was having a hard time finding (idk anything about video games or systems). There were a lot of really cute collectible items and vintage games and toys. Would definitely recommend and will visit again with my kids next time ☺️.”

“Love this place. Tri Force is more than just a video game store, they carry both new and pre-owned collectibles, t-shirts, video games, music, movies, Lego box sets, action figures, stuffed animals, cards, cups, mugs hats and more. On my most recent trip into Tri Force I found a Yoshi T-shirt for my kid old for only $5, what a score! This t-shirt was priced about the same as a good will thrift store and I didn't have to scour racks and racks of uninteresting tshirts to find the gem, and everything here is a gem if you're into video game themed collectibles. My favorite part about this shop is the back room, they have about four arcade games that are open for free play. My son and I love coming in to play Mario, ninja turtles, and Mrs. Pac-Man, and all for the low price of $0. It's the free arcade games that get me through the door and the reasonably priced collectibles and games here that get me to spend my money.”

“Love this place. Come here almost every weekend to buy plastic models. Their pricing on kits is very reasonable and have some of the best brands, they even have their own RC desk. Staff are really nice and helpful, always feel free to ask questions there.”

“I always find a lot of unique items and shirts here. They used to have a lot of clearance items, but that selection has dwindled in recent years. Some of the more popular shirts are harder to find in the size you want.I believe there is also a Chandler Mall location that might have a larger selection. I do recommend stopping in and seeing what this location has, but keep in mind it may be a bit limited.”

“Good place to get trading cards . They seem to charge about 2-3 dollars more than online but I assume it’s because of convenience of it being in person no shipping needed. Wish the skinny guy a was a bit more idk understanding? Came off as annoyed when I tried to talk to him though he was sorting something.”
