“Okay. So, first we broke down at Glendale Community College on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago. I googled this company, received a live voice on the first attempt. The scheduler/dispatcher spoke clearly, verified the location and information I provided, and told me an ETA for service. I was also quoted a flat rate for the trip. They didnt add extra fees or try to change rates once they picked up the car. Anyway, two days later, we broke down near 19th Avenue and Adams. We received timely and friendly service, again with honest rates!! :) I was very satisfied with this company and grateful for their help!”

“The 'providers' ETA for Desert Towing LLC stated 2hours. Desert Towing LLC though arrived within 45min and it had been pouring so traffic was slow. The driver whose name I didn't catch was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He made sure my car (red journey) was properly secured and checked the dolly position often before he was satisfied it was correctly placed. Great service !!! Thank you very much for the quick tow.”

“Where do I begin ERIC who owns Northwest Towing in Glendale, Arizona saved my classic truck yesterday. I could not be in Arizona and I needed it towed to a repair garage or I would have lost it. He is kind and communicates almost instantly. He was honest about everything. He moved my truck at all costs and in spite of difficulty. I sent him my keys overnight; the post office made a mistake and sent them to the wrong address. Eric went and picked up my truck without having the keys just amazing he got it done. His rates are incredibly reasonable. Most of all he is a small business and we all need to support this. “These guys helped me a lot! When I was passing through Phoenix City (I'm not a local) I've got all the coolant leaking out. It turned out to be a radiator. they accepted me right away even though it was already evening, and promised to fix it by lunch the next day. they showed me what the problem was. namely, the new fan that I installed 2 days ago in Vegas turned out to be defective and the blades cut off my radiator and holed it. they got into my situation, found out that this fan was bought at AutoZone, took it there themselves and got a new one under warranty and installed this fan along with a new radiator. and they didn't charge me anything for the fan and these troubles. I only paid them to repair and replace the radiator. Everything was done on time and efficiently. Thank you again and I recommend them to everyone!!!”

“ATTENTION CAR GUYS!!! We all know how bad needing a tow can suck. But these guys are very fast and comforting. My coupes are pretty low (coilovers ) so it is nerve wracking to tow everytime but these guys have all the wood and mini ramps to get on the truck without touching anything. Mike shows alot of professional experience and I couldn't have asked for a better driver. Just add that your car is low in the notes and they'll take care of you. I'm very impressed with the service.”

“We had a nice interaction with Angel. Our first tow truck got canceled by another company after waiting for 2 hours. He was assigned to us and we called to make sure it was good to go. He was kind and professional. However we had another tow truck show up before him and we had to cancel. We wanted to say though had we been assigned to them originally we have no doubt the service would have been as professional with our short interaction with Angel.”

“My car got wrongfully towed by my apartment. (Long story) but they were understanding when i explained it to them, and reduce my tow fee from $145 to $75 for the overnight tow. Sure I still had to pay, but they were just doing their job and they explained it’s between me and my complex. Which is very true. Very lovely gentlemen!!! If my car gets sadly towed again, I hope it’s by them! It will be less of a misery that way. Loll”
