Thief's and liars. Quoted a price for a pressure washer and never returned our deposit. I will tell everyone about this especially this location. They offered a future discount but not our deposit. FYI, machine was returned with nothing wrong with it. They couldn't refund our $150 deposit because the "file was closed in their system". I know people that work in operations at Home Depot. That's just another lie.

Brand new box truck w brake issues....cracked windshield, no wiper fluid. charged me same as two day for 1day 4hrs...no appoligies for lack of maintenance. Implied I was lying about brake issues. As soon as I came in desk Mgr walks away to avoid discussion as promised. My rental fee doubled. Lesson learned.

Super disappointed with this location. We placed an online order four weeks ago. Everything in the order showed "in stock" at the time. Hours after checking out, we receive a call that "Part of your order is ready" and part of "your order has been cancelled" due to items (27 of 62) not being in stock. We call back, no explanation as to why the computer isn't accurate and no apology, just "we don't have those things". We pick up our order only to find out that additional items are not included and "will be shipped" within two weeks. Really?! How many people start a (small) project wanting to take two weeks to complete it? We utilize another Home Depot for extra items to start the project. In the next few weeks (not two as originally stated) we continually get "your order is ready" only to stop by the store multiple times and it's not ready. One time I stop and ONE item is in. Really?!!! Obviously I have nothing better to do than stop by Home Depot daily?! And still, my order is incomplete. In dealing with the cashier he says "there should be more". I explain to him what I'm waiting for and that I had already picked up the partial order. He states that they didn't mark it picked up. A dishonest person could've walked off with the product. Continual errors. Finally 3+ weeks later, the project is complete and notice one gutter is damaged (has small holes, was obviously returned to the store, unchecked and sold to us). We were able to make it work but it's not what we paid for. With the project complete we return what we didn't use. I had to walk the cashier through item by item as he couldn't seem to figure it out himself. In all the shuffle he misplaces one item (how? I don't know, but not surprised after what we've been through). At this point, I'm done with this place. I take my "shorted" refund and get out. Seriously, have never had so many issues with any Home Depot!

A good store with lots of staff throughout the different departments. They seem to be well-stocked; and, they have a large selection of landscape plants and flowers.

It's very strange that all the parking lot lights are out at this location. It's very dangerous. My mother in law almost tripped twice. Hard to see people walking around and driving in the parking lot.

It's a damn joke with this store. Problems upon problems! Don't ever get vanities or any heavy materials delivered unless you have people to help you carry it in. Their BS third-party delivery service wouldn't bring in the vanity because it somehow doesn't fit through the door; all they had to do was remove top box holding it together. They left it outside on a damn pallet with no cover over it and to top it all off they partially blocked my moms truck in the garage (handicap). Managers don't want to come to the phone because they don't want to take responsibility. The BBB will also be hearing about this.

What a disaster! Ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered and they brought me two dryers. Called customer service on bell road and no resolution to the problem! I took the afternoon off to order the these and waited patiently for the day of delivery, I'm 100 % handicapped and hired people to be here to help. I have had three major appliances delivered and all three were a problem at one point or another. What a waist of time!!! Home Depot on 68th bell sucks. Customer service sucked! Sadly this used to be my store!

The last two times I have been to this Home Depot they refused to honor their military discount. Today I was told at checkout that this store does not offer that anymore.

Just bought a tiller from the tool department. Have bought in the past so I thought it would be safe, I don’t regret that purchase. Got this tiller home and not only does the throttle not work but the tines are not even connected to the axle! Bolts are missing. . . . Called and was basically told if I want it fixed I’ll have to pay for it and the manager could not even give me his full attention. I know this will not hurt them financially but I’ll never trust or shop there again. Lowe’s just gained a customer after being loyal to home depot (no caps intended) for over 30 years!

One of the better things about this location in the state you have a lot of Staff members that are there to help you carry them for the most part the staff that work at this location were actually pretty nice. I was looking to buy a different conversation because I was trying to be safe my son's bathroom But this location had a lot of different things that were out of place. They had certain items that were not supposed to be on the shirt on the shelves. I'm not sure why they would match everything like that

Second-worst Home Depot I've ever been in. Kinda disorganized, and the first employee I asked for help basically told me to go a few aisles over and look for another person to help me, then turned away to go back to talking to his friend. I never did find the other person. I was finally able to find the location of what I wanted using the app, but it was sold out.

I think they have one employee in the whole store. We waited for 20 minutes to have some cut (4) 2x6x10 pieces of lumbar. Asked 3 times to page someone. Avoid this Home Depot. Go to the one on happy Valley and Lake Pleasant Parkway. We had wiped them out the day before of the same lumber so I had to come to this one.
