Heather helped us find the right bed without the high pressure sales techniques. She's quite knowledgeable and helpful. She took her time to teach us about the differences in all the models. Then gave us time to see which bed was the most comfortable for us.

Heather at the Tempur-Pedic store at the Arrowhead Towne Center took the time to understand what we were looking for and explained options we had not considered. We would recommend that if you’re looking for a a new bed check out the options with a knowledgeable team lead.

Jennifer is a JEWEL! Covered all the features and took her time going into details. She answered every question I had. Gave me solutions to problems than this bed will address.I think her manager, Peter, should not only give her a big atta-boy/girl in her case, but a raise.He has a winner in her and their product.

Heather like the weather was fantastic. She's friendly and patiently started at the beginning with what temperpedic is, and has to offer. She showed a genuine interest in helping us find the right fit by asking us questions about what feels best to us, what felt supportive according to how we normally like to lay. Her kind spirit was truly above and beyond expectations and I sincerely appreciated the time she took with my husband and I to find the best bed for the both of us. Heather was amazing. Spent so much time with us trying out all the different beds and explaining the history of how the beds evolved me the differences between them. We got an incredibly comfortable bed. So excited!
