I love it here. Very inexpensive, for the large size of the apartment, washer and dryer that’s very convenient for me. Large dryer, and washing machine.. very quiet here. Friendly residence. Beautiful, layout the plush premises. Clubhouse is beautiful Entertainment large TV, pool table, just a beautiful setting. resort pool. Beautiful weight workout room. I enjoyed your very much. and I recommend this place to all my friends and family? ?????

10/10 do not recommend. Not only does this place not feel safe, but the communication on changes doesn’t exist and the property manager is incredibly rude. I couldn’t put in any of my maintenance request or pay rent online because they changed the whole system a week after I moved in and didn’t say anything. My door was broken in recently and the first maintenance guys thought having a gaping hole in the door was a great fix considering the neighborhood. I made a call to the front office asking for a status update on the door and was met with hostility from the manager. Her response to me was “ why did you break the door down instead of go to the office”. Mind you, this happened when I was not home. I ended up hanging up the phone and walking down to the office to confront her for being so rude. Very close to breaking my lease and moving out because this whole experience here has been outrageous and I’ve only been here 3 months. I will say the only person who seemed to genuinely care about my concerns and was helpful to me was the maintenance supervisor Matt.

If I could give 0 I would. ANY places next to a circle K or 7-11 is a huge red flag (NO NO), always druggies and homeless hanging around the complex since there's no gate or security. There are supposedly security but I've been here 6 months and have only seen them a handful of times. Our neighbors would scream, fight, break glass and slam doors all day long. Squatters in the empty units, landlord can't even manage to keep them out which tells you something about their unworthy security systems. Evictions left and right. Druggies hanging out at the unoccupied lots and dumpsters all night long. A murder went down last week and it is such an eerie place to be. No idea if it was random or targeted but I do no feel safe at all and looking to leave ASAP! The landlords need to do a better job at securing the area with more security and look into getting gates for the complex since after doing research this is not the first shooting at this complex. I've seen children walking around alone and I would NEVER let my kid walk around here. Idk how rent is almost $2k but it is straight up in the ghetto, crackheads wondering around all the time, homeless digging in dumpsters... do not move here unless you don't mind paying Cali prices for a Compton experience.

The manager Frances is absolutely the worst manager I have ever encountered! She is gone and the office is locked up most of the time. My last dealings with her went like this- she told me to come down to meet her at a specific time. So, I arrived on time and she had left for lunch. I waited around for about 30 mins and then she finally returned. We went in to the office and she proceeded to tell me that she had no time for me and to come back another time. She wasn't even a little polite about it. She snarled at me so I had to leave. Before that she actually blew the smallest thing so out of proportion because Frances can't and will not ever admit to doing anything wrong. She would rather waste all of your time running around than actually picking up a phone to let you know anything!! She is a sour uneducated ugly little person on the inside that sees no problem with lying as long as she things she can get away with it . She would rather wreck your world than do anything that remotely resembles professionalism or courtesy. I recommend to everyone to absolutely stay away from this spiteful little woman that thinks she has a little power over her little apt complex. Truly beware if this manager Frances!! I'm just laying down pure facts here!!!

Quiet, but Maintenance doesn’t come to fix my issues with the dryer or any other work order. I’ve left a ticket open for one week already and haven’t got my dryer fixed. I submitted the work order online and called them the next day. The dryer used to be perfect and dry everything quick. Another issue is roaches. I’ve never seen so many in my apartment. I thought glenridge down the street had a lot (I used to rent at glenridge in 2019)… but this place has 3 times the amount of roaches. Building number 9 is infested with roaches. Each roach trap I placed has tons of them. I’ve submitted pictures below.

I've been in the complex for coming up to 1 year with my fiancé, when we first moved in it was fine but all of the small stuff started to add up to fast it was like one thing after another, there was lots of roaches since we moved in, sent serval complaints about it asked if we could get another unit..they tried having us pay 75% of the rent for another unit. My car was towed the first night while I was moving in since it was backed in, Yet I see people all the time back in for DAYS. Tried reaching out to corporate since the leasing office said they couldn't do anything about it..Still no response back, I keep calling the number they transfer me to a voicemail I leave a voicemail never getting a call back, sent serval emails STILL NO WORD. There are way toooo many homeless people, I have homeless people that sit or stand by my front door and smoke and I have called to complain about them the security guards don't do anything they walk right by them. Rent is due 1st-3rd each month yet whenever We try to pay rent they seem to never be there. They always have people waiting at the door for them to come back..They never answer the phone, they always leave the leasing office an never return when they say.

They are horrible at communicating, and moving was not as smooth as it should have been. If anyone decides to live here, make sure you document everything.

If I could do zero stars I would. I lived here for a little over a year and water went out twice a month. There's been three managers in that time frame each worse than the last. They never answer the phone and take two hour lunch breaks. My sinks were all clogged with hair when I first moved in to the point of not being able to use them. They have a "security" fee which doesn't make sense because there's zero security. Multiple car break ins in the time I lived there. The office is dismissive and honesty pointless because they are gone so often. You can find something comparable in price to Tela Verde while actually being in a livable space with a competent office staff.

I have put in for maintenance about lighting being out above my front door and my next door neighbor's front door. When it's dark you have people crossing both patios and you can't see outside. I have pressed and pressed this, but still nothing. It is a hazard especially when I have my daughter visiting and she comes by at night. The manager is horrible and she's deceitful when it came to renewing my lease. I received the letter a week later from the typed date at the top and wasn't given the ample time if I chose to leave in writing the 60 days. In which I should have gotten the letter in April. I ask for copies of my money orders from the manager which I am entitled to and she gives off a bad attitude. She places 5 day notices at your door without checking the portal to see if rent was paid. I had a group of travel nurses working for Banner wanting to stay here but I told them don't do it, which was about 8 of them. I see why folks are moving out at an alarming rate .

Maintenance and management do not have integrity. They will not answer emails. They will promise things verbally but not follow through. I just spent a month without a working washing machine. After a month they switched it with one that looks like it had been stored outside for years. Didn't wipe it down. Didn't clean up after the install. Left greasy hand prints on my door. I have lived here a couple months and every time I need something fixed, it takes weeks, isn't done correctly or they refuse to do it at all even after emails and complaints to PEM.

I Applied back in December, put down the holding fee of $100 the lady grace I was speaking with at the time ended up quitting so the new manager Wasn't familiar with what was going on With me and my movement process. They're horrible at answering the phone and emailing back in a Timely manner, Which resulted in manager Keeping my $100 Holding fee manager stating communication took too long.... I reached out to their corporate office and they're just as horrible with communication The lady that overseas that property is never in the office. I was told they see her once or twice a month. I've emailed and i've called multiple times and I have yet to hear back from anyone.

Liked the floorplan of the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with the washers and dryers being full size and not the regular stackable ones. Front office ladies are very welcoming! they took their time to show me some apartments and the community.

I am so exited to move in!! Christina helped me get through a lot while signing up for my new place. She made this an easy process and I appreciate her so much for all her patience. It is the small things in life that make a difference!
