Yesterday, Dec. 30th I took my teenage daughters to Target and let them go off on their own to find their things while I finished my shopping. When I found them to say I was ready to leave, I gave them more time because they weren't done yet. As I walked away, I noticed three "undercover" security guards (a woman and two men) following them around the store.
When we were at the checkout, I saw the female guard watching my daughters from a distance, and when she saw me looking at her, she walked away. We paid and left the store, but when we got to the parking lot, I noticed two of them watching us. I confronted them, and the woman said she was there for another reason, but it was clear they were watching us.
I felt very uncomfortable and upset with this situation. I understand that security is important, but this was excessive and made us feel like we were doing something wrong when we were just shopping. I hope Target can review their security practices to prevent other families from having a similar experience.

I was very disappointed to see expired products on the shelf. They also have a very poor selection of ink cartridges to choose from.

I absolutely HATE going to this target but it’s the only one close by so I have no choice! The store itself and the employees are friendly BUT I cannot stand being harassed by the damn solicitors they allow to promote in the store! I say I’m not interested and they follow me continuing to get me to sign up for their crap!!! Get rid of them!!! Your customers would like to be able to shop in peace and not be harassed!!!!

Bad service i purchased item I see on the app I go to the target on 43 Ave and Peoria the store have not same price as the app show even though it’s pick up do I have to go back waste my time and gas and the manager there is worthless and tell you should tell us the price why do you have different price then target app very disappointing

The store is clean and well lit but expect an extremely long wait at the register. The self-checkout lanes were closed, and they had ONE cashier. When I walked up to the register, a woman was filling the conveyor belt with party favors and knick-knacks and had separated everything into two orders. The cashier was making small talk while she scanned each item, then scanned them again with a second device then discussed the price for EACH item. Four more people walked up behind me, so six people are now in line while the cashier takes her time and continues chatting. Finally, a second register opens, but the cashier fails to say, "I can help the NEXT person in line." Consequently, all four people behind me rush to the next register, and the man who got there first was out the door, while the cashier in my line was still scanning the items for the woman in front of me. The long wait and poor customer service was not worth the ONE item I stood in line for. The staff could definitely use training in customer service.

What can you say about Target? Target is a wonderful store with superior Customer service, I can't complain. There's been incidences, but for the most part-at least 90% of the time -They're quick, convenient and always ready to help. I really enjoy their drive up pickup service where they bring your items to your car. What a Time Saver-so convenient and helpful! Thank you to Target For being a good retailer with great deals, a good selection of products and awesome customer loyalty rewards/coupons and for giving back to the community!
