Angel was the one who cut my hair today and trim to my beard. That was exceedingly surprised by how good of a job she did. I usually get a haircut between 6 months to a year sometimes more sometimes less. I was walking and I was seeing within and understandable amount of time, most places would give me a rush job getting out of the chair and be done. It is seen through her work that she's got the talent and dedication.

For starters, Sage always does a great job. Have been going to this location for 2 years now and have always left happy. Last time I went Sage was unavailable but I was in dire need of a haircut so I booked with Angelica. I asked for an inch off the top and a 2 on the sides. It took her an hour to give me an uneven high and tight. That is not what I asked for. The sides looked like a 1 and she took at least 2 and a half inches off the top. She kept stopping to go back and touch up the neck line, which somehow ended up crooked despite the many many times she went back and made adjustments. The line above the ear was uneven from one side to the other, as if she forgot to do one side. Cut was so bad I went home and buzzed what was left because I did not want to be seen in public like that. She was very nice but the hair cut was horrible. In her own words, I left looking "like a Navy Man." The only reason this review isn't a 1 star is because Sage has always done a good job.

The bald guy with piercings is extremely rude as soon as you walk in the door i do not recommend this place, please avoid this place at all cost!!!

The lady that cut my hair was very nice but I will never go back. The cut was so bad I didn't want to be seen in public.
I went home and managed to cut my own hair. I did a better job than she did and I have a broken wrist. Never again will I throw money away paying someone else to mess up my hair.

Not my fault you were short staffed and refused to serve me when it was an hour before closing time. She even talked about me as I left. Again not my fault you were the only person there. Rudeness does not gain customers.

I will never go anywhere but here!!! Laura is the best!!! she does my entire family's hair!!!! it's always so fun while we are there, she always makes us feel like family! sage is also amazing he does my daughters hair and always comes out amazing!!! I promise you, you won't regret coming here!!!!

Booking with their app is AWESOME. Very clean shop with the coolest electric dust pans that removes their swept hair. Really nice staff here.

Husband and i made appointment one for 2pm next one for 2:30pmLady finish cutting his hair at 2:22pm and skips me and starts next walk in which takes 20-30 minutes to do hair cut! Why skip me if i had appointment within the next 8 minutes. I went to this store this morning at around 9:15 am to get a haircut, the young man working there looked at me like I was a homeless person and told me there were no openings till 2:30 pm. there was only 2 customers there. I am a military veteran and a retired commercial property manager. I would never visit any store in this franchise again.

Great staff and service. I was able to schedule a haircut online. Pooja cut my hair perfectly, exactly how I wanted it. She was very attentive to what I wanted and she is very skilled at what she does. 5/5 would recommend Pooja to anyone who needs a haircut!Services: Kids' cuts

Yesterday I went to this Supercuts and as I walked up a bald guy with snake bites nearly closed the door on my hand and said “we’re closed!” I was holding a baby to make matters even worse. This was around 6:10pm when they weren’t supposed to close until 7. He was abrasive and nearly hurt me with abruptly closing the door on me when I went to open the door behind him. We had children with us and he looked annoyed and angry. It was nearly an hour before closing and this situation was the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. It’s hard for me to fathom a place honestly operates like this at all. It’s not okay. I was left in tears after. I’m hoping to contact the owner soon. They need to be aware of this.
