Hilda is an amazing cashier. Always sweet and with a big smile. She bags everything perfectly. I will wait a bit longer to get her to be my cashier. This woman deserves a promotion to top management.

My family and I have been long time shoppers at the 99 cents only stores. Today when we went in we did our regular shopping and we're helped by our cashier, Hilda. As anybody who's ever worked in retail and customer service knows, some customers can be very difficult. Today there was a man who came in and was shouting at Hilda because he was an angry man and angry at the world. Hilda handled it with grace and continued with her job and helping her customers. Her professionalism and her kindness even in a difficult situation is more than enough reason for me to give a 5 star rating. If the manager is reading this, please consider giving this hardworking, resilient woman a raise and/or a promotion.
