My vehicle came here from another Sun Devil shop after 3 months of being "worked on". I was initially frustrated, disappointed and dishearted but after speaking with Puna and working with the people at this location, I finally had some hope that my car would really be FIXED this time after sinking over $10,000 into it to no avail. What took others MONTHS to execute before, these guys did in weeks! I really appreciated the transparency and meticulousness they had and I'm extremely happy with the communication/updates and customer service experience I had here. From now on, I'll travel the extra miles to get my vehicles serviced here CORRECTLY. I highly recommend this place!

This SunDevil Auto will be my new go to repair facility,I do alot of repair and maintenance on my truck which I drive parts for a local dealership so when I say I know repairs and costs I know from experience. With that being said it all started with a great shop Manager ,Mr.Puna was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my repairs on a tore up front end due to a collision with Phoenix's famous pot holes my repairs were done in a timely manner that Besides the down time waiting on the insurance approval his staff had it fixed and ready to drive away in a day and I really appreciate that since I drive that truck daily. Just wanted to give them a huge shout out on a repair well done and the communication during was top shelf very professional Thanks Again Sun Devil Auto in Glendale store #1218

I took my car in for an oil change and to have my AC checked. I was very pleased when they told me my AC was fine, nice to have a company be so honest!! I will be going back. Everyone was great!

This place is beyond efficient with great people. I had to bring in my 2012 Chevy Traverse concerning my AC that I recently had charged (by another company) but it still blew hot. The mgr., Puna was extremely kind. While waiting for over 1.5hrs., which I wasn’t upset with as I knew they were diligently trying to figure it out because Puna kept me informed throughout this time. And they did just that, they figured it out! My AC is definitely cold now!!! Then when I went to pay out I was astonished and very appreciative with the end result!!!!!! Puna is an amazing and very kind man. Everyone was kind but he stood out! I’m sorry this review is over 3 weeks late…. I will definitely be back for further services when needed. Thank you Puna!!!! The reason why I decided to check this shop out initially was because I seen a review from a woman that had a great experience and of course I loved that. It is difficult to find an auto shop where the workers are not condescending due to the lack of knowledge one can have on cars which is always my concern. However!!!! everyone here had exceeded my expectations. They were all easy going, EXTREMELY educational and informative when I asked them any question about my car. I also spoke to one of the workers, maybe it was the owner or manager but they told me they would waive a fee for me which I appreciately greatly. They have great prices and weren't trying to take advantage of me being a customer. I think if you are hesitant about going here, please don't be. I highly recommend them. They were quick with the service. Will be going back for sure!
(They fixed my car from overheating on my Toyota FJ cruiser.)
