What a great experience! Scott is fantastic, we had 3 little rascals bouncing around while we were trying to choose a unit and he was so welcoming and so gracious! He made us feel like we were renting from a family friend. The units are clean and spacious and the prices are quite reasonable! ?

when I first rented unit office staff was really nice and helpful, 2 months later they have unexpectedly raised the rent from $165.93 to $253.82. That is about a 50% increase! Not Cool

Absolutely love this place!! The manager Robert is such a nice guy! He really made the move in process easy for us, found us the perfect space for our needs, and made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot recommend this place and this wonderful manager more! Thank you!!

The woman who helped me check in was amazing. She was super nice and made sure that I didn't have any questions. I like that she took me to the storage unit instead of simply telling me where the unit was located. Everything was clean and well taken care of, I highly recommend this StorQuest location.

Bel was so friendly and great to work with! She offered wonderful customer service as I was shopping for a storage unit. After shopping Storquest felt like the safest and most affordable option close to Midwestern University and I’m happy with my choice!

Seriously they have amazing and caring staff with great customer service!! We had a unit for a couple years. Move in was simple. We had to get a bigger unit at one point, no problem they switched us. Move out was a breeze and no extra fees.
