I put a couple of things in their storage closet by the elevator and most of it got stolen even though I locked the door.
I told the front desk about it and nobody cared. They all had nasty attitudes towards me.
Not too long after that they threatened to kick me out. So I left before they could kick me out. The place was dirty anyway and the food was not the best at all. You could do so much better by going out to eat or just cooking yourself. Even if I could I wouldn't come back here.

We park our car outside of the hotel and got the driver windows broken, no body in the front desk makes responsable for that

Police presence is heavy. Not a good thing because they look for people to stop in the Westgate area for sure and search or stop for suspension. Also is in between area of desert diamond casino and Westgate. VERY GOOD location GM and staff are wonderful but tow trucks constantly patrol parking lot of private hotel property in lieu of not being able to tow in other lots or gated living areas. Overall terrific stay.

My biggest issue is always the pillows. I can never get comfortable with them. That’s why I rate them on everything else. I don’t feel right judging them solely on the pillows.
Rooms: It felt like a little a mini apartment with the basic amenities. Which made it accommodating to those who prefer to cook and eat in.

We have been staying at Staybridge for yrs , this location is very convenient, great semi parking ,lots of restaurants,shopping and things to do nearby , breakfast is included and a light supper Monday-Wednesday, although the last few times we have stayed they have run out of supper within minutes of serving, and it has taken them 45 minutes to an hour to replenish and by the time they replenish there is a lot of people waiting and then that goes fast and then time runs out so a lot of times people go without. We had to go out and grab supper at Westgate. I realize some people fill their plates without consideration for others ?♀️

Great location, great staff and great food. This place is in a prime location. We walked everywhere. We will stay here again

Great West Phoenix location walking distance to all the activities at Westgate, Desert Diamond Arena, and State Farm Stadium. Reception in the evening with cocktails for the adults and a good variety of hot breakfast options in the morning both included. Full kitchen minus an oven for those looking to cook while staying here.

Lots of things to do nearby. Just a pain to get to from the main freeways, but that's Glendale for you.

Rooms are really nice & cozy. The kitchenette made it a top tier stay. Staff was all friendly. Nice fitness room & laundry facility. Breakfast was delicious. Also very nice location. It is walking distance from a big community center.

As someone that travels a ton I can say this place is great. Kitchen has everything except stove, has enough for four people. Other than a cruise ship the have the best breakfast included.I chose to stay here over the other hotels in area
