Wait times are insane at drive-thru. And team members are either overwhelmed or just don't put that much effort into it, but they are lacking customer service skills. You feel rushed to order and not even a Thank you.

I place my order and for only two coffees I wait 1hr and when we arrive at the window the lady who took the orders had a bad attitude and make mistakes in one of my coffees, so I have to wait again and when I receive the coffees one tasted very watery, I do not recommend them and I never come back is a really bad experience and bad service

we went there Saturday around 7:20pm. added $20 to the app before we ordered to pay, placed order on drive thru, when we got to window they said NO app's Today, we got surprised, and they said CASH ONLY. i got frustrated and asked why they didnt put a sign, now i have to pay double for the night ! The Employee acted like she didnt care, no clear answer, said we can call the 1.800 number if we wanted answers, gave the drinks and closed window, not even a receipt, PLEASE Train YOUR People or Hire New ones, Unacceptable.

we ordered two coffees and we waited in the drive-through for probably 20 minutes and instead of being told at the drive-through window that the scanner doesn’t work and the only took cash, we had to drive away after waiting all that time instead of telling us where we ordered our coffee at. There is always issues at this location!!! The customer service is awful! If you are going to spend $18 for two coffees you want good service too. Its not like you are paying $3 per cup. ??

Waiting in the drive thru for over 35 minutes only to arrive at the window and begin told they can scan the app. Which I had just loaded my money on! The wait is just ridiculous.

Don’t do it! If the drive thru looks busy, don’t do it!!!! You will be stuck in the line forever!!!!!!! I honestly believe turtles move faster. No, molasses moves faster compared to this facility. Word of advice to management here, hopefully you can read. Hire people with more prep in their step. Even a target Starbucks is faster.

I've been to this Starbucks location a few times and it's always been pretty good. The staff is friendly and the drinks are usually made correctly. Get really busy during local events.

The store has mobile app up- but doors are closed forcing you to wait in line. Defeats the purpose of quick pick up.

ABSOLUTE WORST DRIVE THROUGH. I have been waiting in a line wrapping around the building for over 30 minutes… this is insane if I wasn’t stuck in the line I would have already left… terrible service not even worth getting my drink at this point I’m just trapped in this insane line.
