The store is just fine. It's the product warranty that I have an issue with. It takes forever to get results. My claim started in February of 24and was finally resolved at the end of May 2024.

Really bad customer service, people from desktop don't want to help customers, they just talking each other and I ask for what I want, and they said I have 1 month to pick up my prepay order or they shredded its only 10 days before and I have my receipt proof of my payment and they can't do nothing.

Clean environment, great employees and great variety! Staples Glendale has had a bad reputation but go look for yourselves the new remodeled interior and variety this store now has!

this place scammed us for some black and white paper copies. Instead of taking out the receipts amount, they charged my card 3x the amount. I went back in to speak to someone regarding the issue, the name of this person is Bobby I believe, they are a manager. I'm unsure if that was their name, but they were no help and I was not the only one that this happened to. Be aware that this place is just a scam and they will take your money for no reason.I do not recommend this place for any of your needs, go somewhere else.
