First time visiting this business. I came here to dump waste. After spending time checking out their services and overall what they have to offer I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. $10 dumping for guests and no brainer for the location and amenities. I was met with a smile and very nice people. I spent a good amount of time talking with Summer about their services and offerings for spots and everything. She was polite, kind, and treated me amazing. You can tell it’s family owner and friendly. Everyone is so nice and treats you with much respect and just kind people.
This is now my go to place moving forward . I’m also looking at storage spots as they’re super convenient and offer lots of services.
Wonderful people and lots to offer can’t say enough great things about out them and their business.

After I purchased my 2022 Airstream trailer, I was extremely disappointed with dealership service, responsiveness and communication. After my first appointment with the Stanneart family at Soutwest RV, I have never looked back! Last summer, Colt installed and fine tuned an incredible solar/inverter-charger/lithium battery system allowing me to camp off grid with no power worries. He now periodically performs system checks of all on-board and exterior components with excellent timeliness and feedback. He is always happy to discuss any concerns , plans or ideas I have for my trailer. It was my 1st time going to dump our rented RV. I pulled in the wrong way but thankfully there was no line and the gentleman outside help me turn my RV around. I didn't really know what I was doing but figured it out from wat thing a youtube video really quick. I'm glad it was only $10.

Did an excellent job on the repairs on our RV. The staff was knowledgeable, listened to our list of problems and proceeded to resolve them. They also kept us in the loop on what they found and recommended solutions. We have another appointment with them to work on a problematic slide out and a couple other issues. We have also contacted them on our recent trip when we had issues and needed advice. Very helpful. Now our go-to place in Surprise for RV repairs.

Wow... Just great service. Jeff helped me through many questions and a few challenges converting my LQ RV from 6volt batteries to new Battle Born Lithium Batteries. Our rig has solar and inverters etc with a bit of a complex hook up. He ensured I could trouble shoot the system, that the price was fair and that I was satisfied.
