make an APPOINTMENT and use the kiosk to check in i always use the name to check in faster and quicker..as per the staff they were quick to call my name and they were nice, friendly they try to be as gentle as possible which i like..and the place is pretty clean.

Nobody at front desk but didn't matter. Checked in with phone. Was taken back exactly at my appointment time. Clean facility. No problems at all. I think the key is.... make an appointment.
