I would give this less than 1 star if I could. Hated the mattress. Base is non returnable. Had to keep the base. They broke it when they returned the mattress and over a month later it's still broken and cx service is literally the worst. Look elsewhere cause 3000 for a base to not even work is trash.

Went to get a mattress with my mom for her back pain. Jerret was super helpful and informative. Wasn’t to pushy and was super nice. Definitely recommend

This is my 2nd visit with the Arrowhead Sleep Number Store.I was purchasing a bed for my elderly parents this time, who are unable to go to the store, using their credit card. I totally thought I was buying the perfect bed for my mom who has spinal fractures and in a lot of pain. Well, when I went back to their house with the good news, they sent me back to get the sale bed. Angela Bender was the 1st salesperson I dealt with, and Billy Lester fixed my grave error. I love my sleep number bed and I know my parents will too! Thanks so much for your patience and understanding, Billy :)

Miguel was great to work with. The process is very streamlined. With any product you purchase, it will come down to how you are treated if you have any problems. So far a 5-star for the front side of the services.

Spent $11,045 on an I10 with 279.99 sheets, was told I could purchase mattress protector before delivery for the 10 year warranty (since the salesperson forget). Then 2 days before delivery was told i needed to purchase the protector 5 days from my order. Plus they told us I could have saved more money if I purchased the sheets and protector as a bundle. Umm don’t feel good about the lack of accommodation here.6/8 update. Billy the store manager to the rescue. Made everything right. Confidence in purchase is back to strong! Thanks.

Definitely the worst purchase I have ever made. We bought the top of the line bed for $9k as I suffer from sciatica and thought it would be worth it. Sadly after a few months one side deflates and is nothing more than an overpriced air mattress. I add air several times a night. Can’t even get a good nights rest. Will go to the spare room. Don’t waste your money like I did. You would think a $9k bed would be backed by the best warranty in the industry but nope! They know their product is junk!

The number sales person, Miguel Glendale Arizona I walked in to get a pillow and he said we had to order you want to be there in a few days. I ordered a king size pillow they don’t I don’t understand they don’t carry those in the store a lot faster than waiting they carry the others pillows

We got a king sized sleep number bed. It was delivered and set up. We loved the bed for a few months. After about 4 months I noticed one side was deflating through the night. I called customer service and they diagnosed the problem and sent out the repair parts. Now this is where my issue goes from bad to worse. They sent an email to have the repairs done on a Saturday from 7:30AM until 10AM. I called to let them know that wasn’t a convenient day or time and asked if I could keep the same day and just push the time to the afternoon. They would only reschedule my repair for a different day and couldn’t give me a time. So now I’m waiting another 2 weeks to get my bed repaired. It seems to me after spending that much money for a bed their customer service could be more customer friendly. They will only schedule repairs for a day and time convenient for them but not convenient for the customer. I had to sit on the phone for an hour to talk with a live person to not get satisfaction. Their customer service is awful.

You spend thousands of dollars on a bed and the air chambers leak in a few years. Then they want hundreds of dollars to replace something that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Do not buy their mattresses. It felt good laying on it in the store but after a month it was horrible. I will never buy anything from them again and their customer service is horrible. Seems like they're fine with ripping off their customers because they know people don't want to buy from them again anyways. It doesn't even hold air for one night and the sleep IQ system that cost extra has been horribly unreliable from day one.
