Lost my phone and stopped at this store to see how far olive n 59th was n too see if there was a bus. Cashier was very helpful .her name is Ashley. She paid for a lyft to get me home . There are still nice people in the world . Ashley I cannot thank you enough. They should give her a raise for outstanding service and compassion for others

Terrible place. Every time I come here the pumps mysteriously stop working. Has happened on multiple occasions. Just go to the chevron across the street

Destiny, who works night shift at store 91 was amazing, has a personality you could only hope to find everywhere, she was very helpful and super nice, also presented herself how a responsible employee should represent the company they work for. 5 stars for me thank you.

I only ever came here for the water machine. 30 cents for a gallon, at least that is what it used to be. Today I paid the same price and got 2/3 of a gallon for the same price. There is a Water and Ice store a mile away on Olive. Head there, they charge less and give you the full gallon.

So I went to chevron across the street to air up my tires and use the restroom as I've been driving since Las Vegas. Sadly they were closed from 2am-4am for "cleaning" so I thought no big deal I go right across the street to shell. Luckily they're open and At this point I'm it's a bathroom emergency and guess what.... the restroom is closed for cleaning!!! So I ask if it will be long and the lady tells me it won't be open back up until 6 am!!! Idk how long it has been closed at this point but I got there at 3 am so your telling me it takes more than 3 hours to clean a gas station bathroom??? Wtf! B.S. won't be buying gas at shell ever again!! But by the looks of the other reviews it may have been a blessing in disguise.

Dirtiest gas station bathroom I have ever been in and I have been to many across the country. Tell your employees to clean it from time to time.

This place will not give air for a flat tire. At least not the big over weight Mexican from this morning. Go to the gas stations on the corner of 91st & olive instead.

Attendant put my $20 on a different pump. The lady on that pumped pumped all my $20. Attendant admitted he made a mistake & then the other attendant said i had to pay again if i wanted gas. Very disappointed & I had my child with special needs in my car. The card reader was not working so i had to walk in. 4 times i had to walk in to ask what was going on. I will NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN. I HAD TO TAKE MY SON OUT IF THE CAR TO ARGUE WITH THEM TO PUT $20 ON MY PUMP. IT CAME OUT MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. JD & JESSE WERE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL & MADE REMARKS ABOUT ME HAVING TO GET MY SON OUT THE CAR. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. ENDED UP THAT 2 WOMEN PAID THAT $20 BECAUSE THE ATTENDANTS WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY $20. SHAME ON SHELL. THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT. THE ATTENDANT ADMITTED HE MADE THE MISTAKE. SHAME ON SHELL. SHAME ON YOU

I request cash back and didn’t receive. I called an hour after I left town Was told I had to speak with a manager to which they took down my number I tried to call for three days, when I came back in town and the manager told me there was nothing he could do about it and that was my problem. Even though the cashier remembers. It was only $20 but the manager was very rude and Arrogant.
