“This is not my first rodeo with a storage place (we have rented 7 others in three different states) and I have to say StorAmerica has been the best of them all! Why? I have had a unit with StorAmerica for just over two years here in Arizona.. So naturally when I needed another storage unit, I went straight to them. Their climate control is awesome and their security is even better! We were in kind of an emergency situation and the owner, Rani went above and beyond to take care of our needs. If you want a reliable and safe place to keep your precious things, I would definitely recommend StorAmerica especially the one on Camelback.”

“My husband and I were looking for a nice and decently priced storage unit since we are moving and noticed The Storage Center when they first built it and opened about 1.5 years ago. I looked them up online and found they had better prices for units than their competitors AND they’re basically brand new. We reserved a unit online and we were able to take a look at it the next day with Paul, the facility manager. He was very kind and helpful with explaining policies and answering questions. I definitely recommend this facility if you need a storage unit. It’s very clean and well kept and I know our stuff will be safe here.”

“After I purchased my 2022 Airstream trailer, I was extremely disappointed with dealership service, responsiveness and communication. After my first appointment with the Stanneart family at Soutwest RV, I have never looked back! Last summer, Colt installed and fine tuned an incredible solar/inverter-charger/lithium battery system allowing me to camp off grid with no power worries. He now periodically performs system checks of all on-board and exterior components with excellent timeliness and feedback. He is always happy to discuss any concerns , plans or ideas I have for my trailer. This is a very clean storage facility with management that makes you feel welcome. I was moving myself in the hot summer months, and I was clearly exhausted and it was getting late. The managers helped me out so I could get my U-Haul back on time, and let me use an empty unit as overflow until the next day when I could spend more time organizing. It was incredibly kind of them! I haven't experienced that kind of customer care in over 20 years. The management also walks the property and checks on you if you've been there a long time, and are always friendly. The rental cost is competitive, a bit less than the heavy hitters in this industry. There is a security gate and hours are limited - so while you can't access your unit late at night or on Sundays and holidays, you know there is someone there when the facility is open, and you don't have problems with the...ahem... working ladies that you find using 24hr storage facilities for business. Have never seen any suspicious characters hanging around, either.
I do wish they were open Sundays & holidays, or extended hours in summer, but it's a small inconvenience only and the customer service level makes up for that. 4 out of 5 stars, the only thing I'd change is to be open until dusk.”
“Only place with an opening with a 5x5. That's all I needed even if it's on the north side of town. I'm still looking forcan apt and short term is all I need.But it is clean. No sign of bugs or rodents.”
