I really love this furniture show case of Amazing pieces to fully furnish your home! It is a place I will continue to shop at. The two ladies that helped us were so so friendly and patient with us and we appreciate their kindness!! Janet and Olivia have Great customer service and we want to say Thank you very much!!

The second I walked in I knew I’d found my place for furniture. I came looking for a dining room table and found so much more, I came in on a whim after so many failed attempts at other furniture stores around the valley. I was greeted instantly by multiple people, all with a smile and all were so welcoming. I explained what I was looking for and janet explained to me how their store is set up and what to expect. I loved that they set it by style/design and do not just group tables and such separate. It was so much easier to picture everything in my space because they grouped things together to make a livable space visual. I was quickly drawn to four different tables and it made it so hard to choose from. Ive been looking for a sold wood, sturdy and durable table for what feels like forever and they had so many. I finally felt like I found what I was starting to feel was unattainable in this day and age. Prices were higher than other stores, but only because it was definitely way better quality and worth it. The decision was so hard and we were in the store for well over an hour mixing and matching chairs and going between different tables trying to decide on our perfect table. We got sidetracked a few times by the beautiful couches and chairs. I know where I’ll be in the future. Our salesperson was so amazing through the entire experience and answered all questions we had. Even offering up extra info such as a table we were looking at had a larger version and how some of the tables worked with different leaflets etc. once we finally decided and purchased we were shown available delivery days and chose. We were told we had 14 days to love it or return it with a 10% restock fee. If there were blemishes or damage at delivery we were also advised to let them know and to keep the furniture until the new one arrived so we weren’t without . We were also offered water as we shopped and I loved that. The store was so beautiful and very clean. Again, I felt as if I was in my own home the way they brought the style to each design instead of grouping the same pieces all together. Rather it be more modern, contemporary or rustic they had it all. I loved the colors and pairing of items. There was also a good selection of wall art, lighting options and even mattresses for purchase. I think for the first time in the history of living on my own I felt 100 percent secure with my decision. I am so excited to see this table in my home. If you’re looking for well made, long lasting and beautiful furniture this is your place.

I have been a customer of Scandinavian Designs - Glendale since about March, 2023. In my experience, the staff are professional, responsive and provide personalized customer service - where they get to know you on a first name basis. I think that their prices are fairly reasonable (especially when they have sale events) and they have a wide range of furniture on display to help you decide what suits best. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

With the size of the showroom, we had a hard time narrowing down to a couple choices. Our salesperson, Michelle, was knowledgeable and always willing to help, whether in the store or on the phone.We purchased a couch and two swivel club chairs that are quality pieces and also very comfortable. Delivery was streamlined with text alerts on the way. The set up was professional and even the packaging mess was cleaned up!We did have a little hiccup after a few months, but the issue was addressed expediently and professionally. I highly recommend the furniture and the W. Bell Rd showroom!

Our salesperson Laverne greeted us and was so helpful. She carried chairs to another table for us to see them together. She also helped by giving us time to think things over but was nearby if we needed her. We love all of our purchases. The glass dining table is a big hit. The dining chairs are elegant yet simple. The rusty orange accent chair looks amazing and the wall art looks perfect with it all. We have purchased a lot of furniture over the years and wanted a fresh new look. Thanks to Laverne for making sure all our needs were met and making it easy and fun!

Love the Scandinavian style of clean, simple, comfortable furniture, well designed. I purchased a dining table/six chairs fr them 2 yrs ago, and I love it. Pricey store, but they do have decent sales.

Scandinavian Design is the best place to buy todays quality furniture. Still made with solid wood construction. Fantastic quality and designs you will love.Price is better than the the other guys vineer products.Customer service is the best. Jason Lapean is our salesperson. We're lucky to have him. He is very knowledgeable and gives you an honest opinion about your potential purchase.Once the sale is done....he follows it along the ordering process with up to date transit information.Save yourself a lot of time and trouble....just start...and end at Scandinavian Design....at the end of the day....your smile will tell it all.!!Thank you for making our house a home...Bob and Laurel.

We purchased a Camen bedroom set from the Arrowhead location. Michelle Klein was our sales associate, and she was a pleasure to work with. Never any pressure, but always ready to offer help and information. Delivery was on time, and all packaging materials were removed.

This was worth the wait. We have been looking for chairs to fit in a specific spot in our house and on a whim, we went into the Scandinavian store to see what they had. They had exactly what we were looking for and we were able to customize the fabric to fit our needs and style. We ordered our chairs in October and were told it could take up to 11 months. But to our surprise 8 months later we had our chairs and they look great! The sales person Janet was amazing and even checked in on me a week later to make sure I still liked my chairs. And the delivery people were so respectful of our space and handled the furniture with great care. I will definitely check out the Scandinavian store again when we are in need of furniture.

Worked with Diane to get some furniture for my new place and she was wonderful. Store is thoughtfully laid out by category/style of furniture so you can find what you're looking for and can skip the stuff you know won't fit with your theme. 5/5 would recommend if you're looking for slightly higher-end stuff.

Purchased furniture pieces to compliment what we already had. The sales person, Michelle, was most helpful. Furniture was delivered and set up in our home, and it is absolutely beautiful!!! Prices are reasonable and quality is excellent.
