The worst parts department in AZ. I would not buy a car from here simply based on how horrible the parts department is. The only parts department I have experienced like this in AZ. I called Chapman ford, great service but didn't have the part, I called a few others all great service but had sold out of the part I needed. This location has the part I need but customer service is so bad in the parts department that I could not make the purchase. Please don't make any purchases over $5k here. No seriously

Sanderson Ford has been my favorite dealership to have my vehicle serviced. I have been to three others and if they had Mike Perreault the experience might have been different. Mike cares about the customers and their vehicles. He is great!

Advisor never introduced his name. I had to ask after he asked me questions f why I was in today. It was maybe Brett? He was very underwhelming and lacked any interest in his job and customer service.
I never got to see him again to go over my service appointment. He told me I had already received wipers this year so I was not getting new ones, yet it states in my service contract that I have it until my years or miles. I even called warranty to confirm.
When I got my vehicle back the tech never set my TPSM and the person who I told said it takes a while to show. No it doesn’t and they took it back to the shop and set them.
I keep going back to them giving a chance to meet any kind of expectations and they continue to fail. I’ll try BELL Ford service department next time and hope they do a better job.
